2.8.1. Türkçenin Yabancı Dil Olarak Öğretiminde Okuma Becerisi
O presente estudo apresenta algumas limitações. Primeiramente, é importante notar que as empresas da amostra pesquisada participaram de forma espontânea da pesquisa de clima organizacional que forma o Ranking das Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar no Brasil, o que pode causar um viés e a amostra não ser representativa com relação à população. Isso porque, as empresas que participaram da pesquisa possuem real interesse de avaliar suas condições de clima interno. Provavelmente, empresas que não possuem um bom clima interno não se candidatariam para participar da pesquisa.
Além disso, a coleta de dados não foi considerara para fins acadêmicos e não tinha como principal objetivo a avaliação do nível de intraempreendedorismo existente nas empresas que participaram da pesquisa. Como a pesquisa possui como fim avaliar o clima organizacional, a base apresenta limitações com relação a quantidade de questões que verificam o nível de intraempreendedorismo nas organizações da amostra.
Outra limitação é o uso de dados cross sectional. Apesar desta limitação não prejudicar as principais conclusões deste trabalho, uma análise longitudinal poderia enriquecer a literatura acadêmica em futuros estudos.
Vale acrescentar também que há pouco consenso sobre a medida mais apropriada do que constitui uma empresa familiar, e, considerando os regulamentos da nossa amostra no contexto Brasil, acreditamos que a nossa categorização representou uma abordagem conservadora.
Finalmente, os nossos resultados são baseados em dados de um país. Seria de grande valia replicar nossas descobertas utilizando dados de outros países, devido as grandes diferenças culturais.
