2.8.2. Türkçenin Yabancı Dil Olarak Öğretiminde Dinleme Becerisi
Este estudo alcançou os objetivos delineados, possibilitando observar o comportamento da versão adaptada para o português do Disabilities of the Arm,
Shoulder and Hand (DASH) em população de pacientes com afecção crônica e
aguda. Foi possível observar também o comportamento de associações positivas e negativas entre os itens do instrumento nas duas subamostras e na amostra total.
O grupo crônico apresentou os escores mais elevados no DASH em relação ao de agudos. Existem evidências na literatura que observaram correlações entre o escore total do DASH e variáveis sociodemográficas e clínicas que podem ter contribuído para os valores encontrados neste estudo.
A análise discriminante possibilitou selecionar os itens do instrumento que identificam o grupo ao qual o indivíduo pertence. Na função discriminante encontrada, os itens que informam sobre sintomas e alguns itens da dimensão física de função foram selecionados com poder discriminante entre os dois grupos. Os itens da dimensão social e psicológica de função não foram selecionados para a discriminação entre os dois grupos.
Na redução da dimensionalidade do instrumento não foram encontrados fatores constituídos isoladamente por um conceito (sintoma e função) ou subescalas específicas por atividades (autocuidado, recreativas, tarefas domésticas, compras, atividades sexuais e dormir). Foram excluídos três itens da dimensão física de função devido à alta correlação positiva observada com outros, mantendo-se altos valores de confiabilidade nos três fatores encontrados.
A relevância deste estudo reside na observação de que a versão do DASH adaptada para o português apresentou-se como uma medida válida e confiável, capaz de identificar diferentes níveis de função nos dois grupos estudados.
Novas modalidades de análise fatorial são recomendadas para observar a participação de variáveis sóciodemográficas e clínicas no comportamento do instrumento.
