About!Program!

Okan University in interdisciplinary structure of the Institute of Science and Engineering (Construction, Mining, Environment, Geology, Map, Metallurgy, Petroleum Geophysics, Chemistry, for a graduate degree in engineering fields, especially machinery) Explosive Engineering Graduate Program, which will open as thesis and non-thesis two It will be in the category. Academic CVs are generally high degree program satisfies the admission requirements of the Technical Education Faculty of Science and graduated 18 students will be accepted into the program will not exceed the credit after completing the preparatory program. Promoting research programs and the main goal of the graduate degree thesis in preparation for a doctoral program, without thesis program is aimed to give expertise to meet the needs of the country.

Objectives!

The objective of this program is to gain the students with the knowledge of explosives engineering that will enable them to understand the factors involved in the fracturing of rock with explosives. This should enable the students to design blasts, describe problems with the current blasting operations thereby enabling improvements in blast results.

The program offers two alternatives for its satisfactory completion:

With Thesis: The total credits required for the satisfactory completion of the curriculum are 24 credits.

The program additionally requires a master thesis to be successfully completed.

Without Thesis: The total credits required for the satisfactory completion of the curriculum are 30 credits.

The program additionally a graduation project to be successful completed.
