Como perspectivas futuras de trabalho no grupo de pesquisa pode-se citar a aplicação da metodologia a outras classes de alimentos; a utilização da reação descrita no presente trabalho em outras técnicas, como por exemplo, aplicado a técnica de refletância difusa e o estudo do caminho reacional a fim de se conhecer melhor a reação e assim melhora-la para alcançar uma melhor sensibilidade da técnica.
