Ne güçlü ve yüksek kapasiteli şehir içi soğuk hava depoları, ne de yüksek otomasyonlu teslim etme ve teslim alma tesisleri yatırımları yapamamak tamamen işgücüne dayalı yapıları beraberinde getirmekte. İşsizliğin yüksek olması, işgücünü asgari ücretin de altında çalışmaya razı ederken mevcut maliyet düzeyi firmalar tarafından kabul edilebilir olmakta ise de talebin düşme sinyalleri vermekte oluşu firmaların başa baş noktasının aşağısına inmeleri riskini de beraberinde getirmektedir. Gerek e-ticaret, gerekse lojistik firmalarının bundan sonra yapması gereken de hızla risk yönetimi konusuna eğilmeleri ve geleceğe hazırlanmaları olmalıdır.
