Bu araştırmanın bulguları ve sınırlılıklarının bir sonucu olarak gelecek çalışmalar için birçok anahtar öneriler sunulabilir.
Önerilerden bir tanesi araştırmanın tüm engel türlerini kapsayacak şekilde yapılmasıdır. Araştırmamız maddi imkan ve zaman yetersizliklerinden dolayı sadece fiziksel engelli kişileri kapsamamıştır. Dolayısıyla diğer engel türlerini kapsayan bir çalışma konu hakkında daha ayrıntılı bilgi sunabilir.
Diğer bir öneri ise böyle bir araştırmanın talep ve arz kapsamında ülke genelinde yapılmasıdır. Gelir ve harcamaların geniş kapsamlı olarak ele alınacağı bir araştırma tüketici davranışları hakkında daha ayrıntılı bilgi verebilir.
Son öneri olarak bu araştırmanın farklı ülkelerde yapılmasının kuramı güçlendireceğidir. Dolayısıyla gelecek araştırmalar farklı coğrafyaları içererek kültürlerarası farklılıkları ortaya çıkarabilir ve bu bağlamda modeli güçlendirerek farklı faktörleri tespit edebilir.
