Çalışma verileri, serum H-FABP düzeyinin elektrik çarpması sonrası erken ölümlerde tanısal değer taşıyabileceğine yönelik bakış açımızı desteklemektedir.

Ancak bu bakı klinik ve H-FABP’ın post mortem değişimini ortaya koyan kontrollü çalışmalar ile desteklenmelidir.

Troponin I, elektrik çarpması sonrasında bir süre yaşayan olgularda zamanla artan serum değeri ile tanısal değer taşıyabilir. Ancak bu çıktı, klinik çalışmalar ile desteklenmelidir.
