6.7. Çalışmanın  kısıtlılıkları    

 

Çalışmamızın  en  önemli  kısıtlılığının  örneklem  sayısının  düşüklüğü  olduğu  düşünülmektedir.   Ayrıca  psikometrik  verilerin  yalnızca  öz-­‐  bildirim  ölçekleri  ile  yapılmış  olması  ve  MRG  çekim   süresinin  kişilerin  performansını  etkilemiş  olabileceği  de  kısıtlılıklarımız  arasında  sayılabilir.    

 

7. SONUÇ  ve  ÖNERİLER  

 

Araştırmamız,   obez   kişilerin   bireysel   ya   da   bir   grubun   içerisindeyken   gösterdikleri   karar   verme  becerilerinin  nörobiyolojisinin  anlaşılabilmesi  için  değerli  bulgulara  ulaşmıştır.  

 

IGT   performansında   kişiler   arasında   fark   saptanamasa   da   beyin   aktivasyonlarında   farkların   görülmesi   obezitede   karar   verme   sistemlerinin   normal   kilolu   kişilerden   farklı   işlediğini   desteklemektedir.   Obezitedeki   karar   verme   becerilerindeki   farklılığın   ve   nedenlerinin   daha   iyi   anlaşılabilmesi   için   özellikle   yiyeceğe   atfedilen   değerin,   yiyecekle   ilgili   emosyon   ve   kognisyonların  işlemlenmesinin  değerlendirileceği  yöntemlerin  kullanılması  faydalı  olabilir.    

Grup   performansında   saptanan   beyindeki   değişikliklerinin   obezite   tedavisinin   bireysel   ve   gruba  yönelik  şekillendirilip  geliştirilebilmesi  için  fayda  sağlayacağı  düşünülmektedir.
