Amacı / Purpose Bu dersin amacı öğrencilerin; cerrahi onkoloji hemşireliğinde korunma, tanılama ve tedavi, kanserli bireyin bakımını kavrama, onkolojik aciller, metastatik kanserlerin tedavisi, kanser tedavisinin yan etkileri, semptom yönetimini tanıma, kanserli hastanın bakımı, yaşam kalitesi, hasta ve ailesine destek sağlamaya ilişkin bilgi ve beceri kazanmasını sağlamaktır.

This course is for students, surgical oncology nurse in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer of the individiul care to understand, oncologic emergencies, metastatic cancer treatment, cancer therapy side effects, symtom management, recognition, cancer patient care, quality of life, patient and family to support the information and is to teach.

İçeriği / Content Kanser ile ilgili temel kavram ve ilkeler, kanserin tanımı, tarihçesi, ülkemizde ve dünyada epidemiyolojisi, karsinogenezis ve kanserde

sınıflama, kanserden korunma, tarama ve tanılama, sistemlere göre (cilt, baş-boyun, meme, GİS, ürogenital organlar, akciğer, lenf, kemik iliği) kanserin incelenmesi, hazırlayıcı faktörler, belirti bulgular, kanserde tedavi yöntemleri, bakım ve rehabilitasyonu, onkolojik aciller, kanser ve kanser tedavisinde sıklıkla görülen semptomların yönetimi, kanserli hastada yaşam kalitesinin geliştirilmesi

Cancer, the basic concepts and principles of cancer definition, history, our country and the world, epidemiology carcinogenesis and in cancer classification of cancer prevention screening and diagnostic system breakdown (skin, head and the neck, breast, gastrointestinal, urogenital organs, lungs, lymph), cancer ınvestigation, predisposing factors, symptoms findings, methods of cancer treatment, care and rehabilitation of oncological emergencies in the treatment of cancer and cancer of the most common symptom management for improving the quality of life in cancer patients
