1. Introduction

Entrepreneurship is an important issue in the economy of developing nation. Entrepreneurship has long been an important concern in developing the socio-economic growth of country. Entrepreneurial or entrepreneurship was first introduced in the 18th century with the main objective of growing and expanding organizations through innovation and creativity. In simple terms, entrepreneurship is a process of innovation and creativity that has a high risk in generating added value for products that are beneficial to society and bring benefits to entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur is someone who has the expertise to sell, from offering ideas to commodities in the form of products or services. With their creativity, entrepreneurs are able to adapt to various situations and environmental conditions.

The impact of the current Covid-19 pandemic is felt in many countries as well as in Indonesia, almost all provinces have experienced significant changes due to this outbreak. One of the aspects affected is economic activity. According to the Indonesian Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati, there are four sectors that are most depressed due to the corona virus or Covid-19 outbreak, namely households, MSMEs, corporations, and the financial sector. Economic growth is also predicted to contract (republika.co.id). Employees of companies or factories have been laid off and sent home until it is uncertain when it will end. Of course, many of them are still waiting for certainty, whether they can still work as usual or surrender to the current conditions, but the needs of family life still have to run. Even business sectors such as MSMEs are not spared from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, in addition to regulations from the central and regional governments, business actors reluctantly reduce activities and even close their business premises to make a living for their families.

Of course, this nation may not forget the large-scale layoffs during the economic crisis in 98, the difference is that at that time the MSME players could survive because their activities continued to run normally. The contribution of MSMEs is very large and crucial to the Indonesian economy, based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Economic Census from the Central Statistics Agency in 2016 shows the large contribution of MSMEs:

• MSMEs absorb up to 89.2 percent of the total workforce. • MSMEs provide up to 99 percent of total employment. • MSMEs contribute 60.34 percent of total national GDP. • MSMEs contributed 14.17 percent of total exports.

• MSMEs contributed 58.18 percent of the total investment.

perekonomian-indonesia?page=all).

Based on the data above, it can be estimated how big the problems caused by Covid-19 are because of the many parties involved and depending on this sector. Of course, this problem cannot be borne by the government alone, but there needs to be a joint awareness of all parties so that the national economy will revive. The prevailing large-scale social restrictions require that citizen activities be carried out from home or online, this of course causes the level of people's purchasing power to decrease drastically because the majority of activities to fulfill their daily needs are carried out conventionally, especially for poor and vulnerable families who work in the informal sector. However, if in time the PSBB is relaxed by the government, this can be seen as an opportunity for the community, especially young people, to become entrepreneurs.

How mature it would be if a nation and its people were able to see all these problems wisely, could answer challenges, and be resilient in facing all threats. One way that is considered quite effective is to grow and strengthen an entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship), especially among millennials. It is hoped that with the strengthening of entrepreneurial thoughts and actions that are increasingly massive, people can live independently and survive despite difficult situations like today. Entrepreneurship has a positive impact on an economy and society, one of the most important impacts of entrepreneurship is the provision of jobs. Innovation is the second reason that has a positive impact on economic strength and society in the midst of the "new norm era" discourse. Innovation is concerned with the process of creating something new and helping individuals to work more effectively and efficiently.

The word entrepreneur comes from French, entre means "between" and prande means "to take". This word is basically used to describe people who are brave enough to take risks and start something new. Furthermore, the notion of entrepreneurship is expanded to include innovation.

Through innovation comes newness that can take the form of new products to new distribution systems. New products, for example, do not have to be related to sophisticated technology because simple products can also present novelty, for example new flavors in food products (Wijatno, 2009).

One of the national entrepreneur figures, Dr. (HC.) Ir. Ciputra once said that there are three main characteristics of an entrepreneur that can be used as a reference:

1. Have a precise and sharp future eye sight

Able to see a business opportunity that may not be seen by others. Can see an amazing dream or vision for future and express itself.

2. Has the character of a motivator and innovator

Can create and find methods to achieve extraordinary dreams and visions or it can be concluded that an entrepreneur is always motivated and innovative to realize his goals.

3. Ready and willing to take any risks

A true entrepreneur is a leader, founder or pioneer who has passion, does not give up easily in facing all challenges or risks that he has calculated and has a firm conviction to always dare to come forward.

The crisis period is not a reason for young people to be excited to build an entrepreneurship. However, during the crisis period, we are challenged to innovate and be creative as well as possible, take advantage of digital technology and of course maximize the opportunities that are in front of our eyes. The opportunities referred to here are opportunities that arise during and after a crisis, this can be used as an initial idea to open a business that is profit-oriented and can provide alternative solutions to the community after the crisis. For example, a number of businesses or entrepreneurship that emerged after the pandemic such as digital business, fintech, support services, courier services, health, nutrition and others. For the community, especially young people, in the industrial era 4.0, this is the right time to be entrepreneurial and have MSMEs, because all supporting factors have been facilitated through currently developing technology.

Seeing the global dynamics that is happening, of course the spirit and mentality of entrepreneurship will be very useful for the Indonesian people. In front of the challenges will be much greater, not only health problems but also global competition that enters all lines of life. This is the right momentum to build a community mentality to be stronger and more competitive.

2. partner problems

Some of the problems faced by young entrepreneurs are as follows: 1. Lack of entrepreneurial experience in times of crisis.

2. Weak entrepreneurial mentality. 3. Problem solution

On the basis of the above problems, the researchers provided the following solutions: 1. Provide an understanding of entrepreneurial experiences in times of crisis.

2. Provide an understanding of how to create / grow a strong mentality as a successful entrepreneur even in the midst of crisis conditions.

4. Implementation method

Steps in implementing solutions to partner problems 1. The stages of preparation.

The preparatory stage carried out by the FEB Lecturer Cluster PKM Team involved lecturers and students with the theme "Building a Successful Entrepreneurial Mental Amid Crisis" which activities were carried out on Saturday, January 30, 2021. Information submitted online via social media: WAG, Facebook and Instagram.

2. Implementation Stages.

This PKM activity is held for students in the city of Bandung, both those who already have a business and those who don't have a business. PKM activities are carried out online using the Zoom facility.

Activity Procedure

1. First Session: Presentation of material by 2 (two) resource persons. Where the first material that is delivered is related to the experience of entrepreneurship during a crisis and the second material is material to build mentality to become a successful entrepreneur in the midst of a crisis.

2. Second session: Question and answer activity and discussion related to the material presented by the speakers.

5. Discussion

From the presentation of the two speakers delivered by Owner Impactner and GM TV, harmony provided understanding to the students. Students are young people who are synonymous with imagination, creative, fast, instantaneous and have lots of ideas and ideas. Moreover, students who are familiar with entrepreneurship. Students are also technology literate people, including information technology. So, the Covid-19 pandemic for students is a blessing behind calamity or disaster. However, the current crisis condition is an opportunity that provides opportunities for students to develop their competences.

Students are able to design a form of promotion to build "brand awareness" and attract potential customers. The media used is a digital platform, for example social media. Students who are literate in information technology can also become application developers. The profession of developing this application was still unfamiliar a few years ago. But now this has become one of the most important jobs. This is because entrepreneurs, including MSMEs, are competing in providing digital applications related to the products they offer. The goal is to attract targeted consumers with the ease and practicality of its services. Apart from opening an UMKM start-up business, students can also educate other UMKM players. The result is that students can become agents of economic driving during and after or after the Covid 19 pandemic. However, students who are entrepreneurial need to be facilitated and become part of learning on campus and mentoring.

Therefore, it is necessary to have the role of lecturers who can really open students' insights or thinking horizons. Using research and research results to be able to pave the way for young entrepreneurs to create new innovations, solve problems or to predict conditions that will occur in the future, and so on. Apart from the internal involvement of the university, the presence of the government, private sector, and the media and others (pentahelix) is the strength of collaboration as the key to the success of the rapid economic growth after the Covid19pandemic

6. Conclusion

The crisis conditions caused by the Covid 19 Pandemic are not catastrophe or calamity for students who want to be entrepreneurs or those who are doing entrepreneurship. However, this crisis condition is opportunity for students to use and develop all their competencies to remain able to be entrepreneurs and agents of economic growth. With the synergy between the internal parties of the university, the government and the private sector and the media as supporters of student entrepreneurial activities, it will be very helpful in fostering a successful entrepreneurial mentality even in the midst of a crisis.
