Após a análise dos resultados obtidos neste estudo podemos concluir que:

! A toxina PkTx23C3 atua inibindo a liberação de glutamato em sinaptosomas cérebro corticais de rato através da via dependente de cálcio, provavelmente, através da inibição de canais de cálcio do tipo N ou P;

! A toxina PkTx20C4 atua inibindo a liberação de glutamato em sinaptosomas cérebro corticais de rato através da via dependente de cálcio, possivelmente, através da inibição de canais de cálcio do tipo N; ! A toxina PnTx3-2 atua inibindo a liberação de glutamato em sinaptosomas
