3. What about the food? Are you enjoying it?
4. Are there any cultural aspects that you would like to mention?
5. Do you usually get in contact with people from different countries? Write a little bit about it.
6. What are you studying in your English course (in case you’re taking it)? Please, briefly talk about the contents, the way the class is organized and how you are feeling about it.

Guys, I was thinking that maybe (if you think it's a good idea), you could share pictures of things/people/places, anything that called your attention about your interchange, specially things about culture and language, the places you have been studying at and etc.
Maybe you could post some pictures and explain anything you want about them
Hey guys
Pedro and Denis, who just travelled.
How are your first days in your new 'home'?
If you could share your first impressions with us about the university, people you're getting to know, language, culture, etc.
I hope you're having a great time.

Hey, dear travelers How are you, guys?
How was the Labour day (for those of you who are in the US)? What could you tell us about it?
And the university semester, is it starting for some of you?
7 de setembro
Guys,
Today I'd like to ask you about the disciplines you're taking at the universities. Could you inform us their names and what are you studying?
And if you feel they are similar or different from the way classes are organized in Brazil. Hope to hear (read) from you soon.

Alex, now that you have experienced your first days in your interchange, maybe you could share some information with us Emoticon smile Anything that you found interesting, different and important.
13 de setembro
Hey guys, Everything ok? I hope you're all great!
Please share with us the last information about your interchange.
For those who are still taking language courses, maybe you could tell us how the course is going...
And for those of you who are taking disciplines or doing research, please, share whatever information you consider relevant.
If you have also experienced anything more specific related to language and culture, please, do share this information here!

Hey guys
How are you? Hope you're all great!
I know you all must be really busy, but I kindly ask you to share the information you have on the type of assignments you have been required to produce in the universities (and in your English courses). What do you usually need to produce (texts, presentations, etc)?
What about cultural information? Is there any situation you have experienced and you would like to share? Anything new about the country you're in or about people from different nationalities that you are getting to know.
Remember that any information you share will be valuable for us to investigate ways to improve courses for students in Brazil

Guys, this weekend I'd like to propose something different... It's kind of a picture challenge!
My idea is that each one of you should choose a picture of the most beautiful place you have visited so far. It could be any picture that you consider really amazing.
To become even more interesting, you should talk about this place, describing it and talking about the people who you met there!
Let's go

Guys, for this week, I wanted to ask you how your classes in the interchange are going.
How do you feel now when you're interacting with native speakers of English and also with people from different countries? Now that it's been some time you're in your universities, do you feel differences when you consider how you felt about English when you first got there and how you feel now?
One more thing, is there any specific situation related to language (vocabulary, idioms, accents, etc) and culture that you would like to mention?
Guys, I'm really counting on your participation in the group, it's really important! Thanks so much.

Hey guys, everything ok?
Denis, I saw in your facebook a picture of you prepared to look for an internship. so I wanted to ask you... how was it? In which places did you look for it? How was your interaction with people from the places you have been to?
Thanks for sharing!

Guys, today in a session with the English teaching assistants J. and S., they shared a very interesting text about cultures and I'd like to share it with you.
If you could take a look and also share your opinions about it.
Here it is: https://hbr.org/2014/05/one-reason-cross-cultural-small-talk-is-so-tricky/

Guys, everything ok? Hope so!
Here in Brazil we're almost dying, it's sooo hot, almost 40ª C in São Carlos.
Anyways, this week I'd like to ask you about your current classes. How's everything (interaction with people, works you've been writing, etc)?
Since you've been for some time in your host countries, what tips would you give to a student that is still getting prepared for the interchange experience?
Thanks so much and have a great Sunday!

Hellooooo everyone! Everything good?
Guys, this week I'd like to ask you an important question that is very much related to the purpose of my study. Now that's it's been some time since you're travelling:
-How would you evaluate the materials, the content and the things you have learned in the English without Borders' courses?
- Are there aspects, contents and activities from these materials that you consider important now that you're really experiencing an interchange? Which ones?
- What things would you add to our materials concerning ways to prepare future interchange students?

Hey guys!
Hope you have a very different and great night in your host countries.

Hi pessoALL,
This week, I wanted to ask you something different, please, tell us the funniest or the most interesting story you have lived in your host city or university (if it's related to language, culture or if it happened because of the fact you are Brazilian, even better :D)
Hope to read from you soon Thanks so much!

Hi, guys!
How are you doing? Hope you're great.
This week I want to ask you about specific places and situations that might be important to consider. How do you feel when you need to interact in specific places that demand a specific behavior (such as supermarket, restaurants, hospitals, classroom, bank and others)?
Do you feel comfortable? Do you find any challenges? Did you have any difficulties in the past when going to these places?
If you could also mention if you find differences between them in Brazil and in your host country, please mention them. Thanks so much

Hi, students How's everybody?
Tomorrow I'm going to the event in Brasilia that I told you about.
Do you have news or anything different that you would like to share about your interchange experience? (or any relation with the IsF course you took in Brazil)?
I'll have the opportunity to share the things we have been discussing.
Guys, soon I'm hoping to schedule one last interview with each one of you. Probably in the week before Christmas. Would it be possible (through skype) for you?
Thank you so much for your help, guys. I hope you have a WONDERFUL week.

Hi guys!
Sorry I didn't post anything these last few days, I was in Brasilia and things were crazy hahaha, so I wasn't accessing internet easily.
As I see that most of you are already travelling, can we schedule our last interview (skype) for January or February? If it's not a problem for you.
Thanks so much for your help and interest Have a wonderful weekend!!
