• Sonuç bulunamadı

· Bu çalışmanın sınırları doğrultusunda; kanal tedavisi sonrası AH Plus kanal patı iRoot SP kanal patından daha fazla ağrı kesici kullanımına sebebiyet vermiştir.

· Sadece ağrılı hastalar ve devital dişler değerlendirildiğinde iRoot SP kanal patı kullanımı ilk 6 saatte AH Plus kanal patı kullanılanlara nazaran anlamlı derecede ağrıyı azaltmıştır.

· Çalışmamızdaki tüm hastalar değerlendirildiğinde AH Plus ve iRoot SP kanal patlarının kullanımı ağrı skorlamasında farklılık göstermemiştir.

· Termoplastik kor yöntemini %54 oranında apikalden taşkınlığa sebep olmuştur.

Premolar ve molar dişler arasında taşkınlık oranı açısından farklılık bulunmamıştır.

· Hem AH Plus hem de iRoot SP kanal patlarının kullanımı 72 saatlik sürede ağrıyı azaltmıştır.

· Taşkınlık varlığı 72 saatlik zaman diliminde ağrıyı ve ağrı kesici kullanımını etkilememiştir.

· Termoplastik kor tekniğiyle kanal dolumu yapıldığında AH Plus kanal patı iRoot SP kanal patından daha fazla taşkınlığa sebep olmuştur.

· Dişlerin vitalite durumları ve tek-çok köklü olması ağrıyı etkilememiştir.

· Bu çalışmada taşkınlık ve perküsyon arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmamıştır.

· Literatürde postoperatif ağrıya kanal patlarının etkisi ile ilgili yeterli sayıda çalışma bulunmamaktadır, doğru sonuçlara ulaşabilmek için gelecekte bu konuda daha çok klinik çalışma yapılması gerekmektedir.
