5.3.2. Araştırmacılara yönelik öneriler
1. Bu çalışmada travma sonrası büyüme ve psikolojik dayanıklılık arasında güçlü ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre bireylerin psikolojik dayanıklılılık sevi-yeleri (yüksek-düşük) travma sonrası büyüme düzeyleri açısından karşılaştırmalı çalışmalarla irdelenerek dayanıklılık ve travma sonrası büyüme arasındaki ilişkiler daha da detaylandırılabilir.
2. Psikolojik dayanıklılığın zorlu yaşam olaylarında stresi daha düşük yorumlamaya yardım ederek bireye güç veren bir kişilik özelliği olmasından hareketle, travmatik deneyim sürecinde bireylerin algıladıkları stres derecelerine göre psikolojik dayanık-lılık düzeyleriyle travma sonrası büyüme ilişkisi detaylı olarak analiz edilebilir.
Ayrıca ilişki örüntüleri için modelleme yapılarak değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ağı hakkında daha detaylı bilgilere ulaşılabilir.
3. Bu çalışmada bireyi dayanıklı kılan değişkenler ele alınmamıştır. Psikolojik dayanık-lılığı oluşturan ve bireyi dayanıklı yapan değişkenler eklenerek test edilen model ge-liştirilerek tekrarlanabilir.
4. Bu çalışmada travma sonrası büyüme değişkeniyle incelenen bireysel faktörlerin ya-nında diğer bireysel faktörler ve sosyal destek, mikro ve makro çevrenin bu süreçte etkilerini inceleyen araştırmalar değerlendirilebilir.
5. Bu çalışmada travma sonrası büyüme ve psikolojik dayanıklılık arasında mutluluğu artırma stratejileri ve problem odaklı başa çıkmanın kısmi aracılık ettiği tespit edil-miştir. Buna göre bulguların genellenebilirliğini artırmak amacıyla farklı gelişim dö-nemlerini içeren örneklemler üzerinde aynı değişkenlerin yeniden bir modellemesi gerçekleştirilebilir.
6. Bu tezde test edilen modelde cinsiyet, travmatik deneyimin üzerinden geçen zaman ve algılanılan stres derecesi temelinde bir farklılaşmanın olup olmadığı incelenme-memiştir. Buna göre burada ifade edilen değişkenler modele dahil edilerek gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar yapılabilir.

7. Psikolojik dayanıklılığın erken çocukluk döneminde geliştiği dikkate alındığında, anne-baba tutumları ve bağlanma stilleri gibi değişkenlerin de modele eklenerek psi-kolojik dayanıklılık ve travma sonrası büyüme arasındaki ilişki incelenebilir.
8. Bu çalışmada mutluluğu artırma stratejilerinin bir alt boyutu olan “Dini inancın ge-reğini yerine getirme” analiz dışında tutulmuştur. Daha sonra yapılacak çalışmalarda söz konusu değişkeninde modele dahil edileceği model testleri yapılabilir.
