5.2.2. Araştırmacılara Yönelik Öneriler

Araştırma sonuçlarına göre gelecekteki araştırmalara yönelik geliştirilen öneriler aşağıda sıralanmaktadır:

1. Mevcut araştırmada yöntemsel olarak kesitsel verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada sınırlılık oluşturan bu duruma ilişkin olarak, farklı araştırmaların birden fazla yıldan elde edilen veriler kullanılarak boylamsal olarak okulların öğretimsel kapasitesinin gelişimini inceleyecek şekilde planlaması ve gerçekleştirilmesi önerilebilir.

2. Bu araştırmada, ortaöğretim kurumlarının öğretimsel kapasitesi bileşenlerinin öğrenci başarısı üzerindeki doğrudan ve dolaylı etkileri belirlenmiştir. Yeni araştırmalarda öğretimsel kapasite ile öğrenci, sınıf ve okul düzeyinde farklı değişkenler kullanılarak yeni modeller oluşturan araştırmalar yapılabilir.

3. Çalışmada, öğretimsel kapasite bileşenlerinden öğretimsel iklim değişkeninin öğrenci başarısında doğrudan etkisinin olumsuz olduğu ancak öğretmen niteliği üzerinden bu etkinin olumluya döndüğü belirlenmiştir. Bu durumun nedenlerinin derinlemesine belirlenebilmesi için paydaş görüşlerini inceleyen nitel bir araştırma yapılabilir.

4. Öğretimsel kapasite ve bileşenleri üzerinde anlamlı görüş farklılıkları ortaya koyan demografik değişkenleri okul türüne göre derinlemesine incelemek ve bu farklılıkların sebeplerinin belirlenmesine yönelik nitel çalışmalar yapılabilir.

5. Aynı araştırma farklı ülke veya eğitim bölgelerinde, diğer eğitim kademelerinde, özel okullarda ve diğer ortaöğretim kurum türlerinde uygulanabilir.
