program dataset
e Observational study”
1. Original submission 1.1. Recommendation
Minor Revision.
1.2. Comments to the author
This is well-written article. The topic is important. There are several factors defined for comorbidity factors in hip fracture sur-gery. Definition of ‘Frailty’ has not been well described in orthopae-dic practise, however definition of ‘physiologic age’ is used frequently. This study would clarify this statement. The only limita-tion of the study is the short period of follow-up.
Title OK. Abstract
It is better to state the study type, retrospective/prospective? Introduction
OK. Methods
Did you exclude the patients who required additional surgeries other than hip for concomitant injuries?
Did you perform any subgroup evaluation about osteoporosis? Results
OK. Discussion
Discussion flows smoothly like introduction. Starting with a brief paragraph, defining the strengths and limitations of the study, and dictating the conclusion in a simple and clear way are good for discussion.
Conclusion OK. References OK.
Figure& Table OK.
