1- Çalışmamızda çalışma kriterlerimize uyan, laparoskopik drilling yapılan 33 hasta ve gonadotropin tedavisi verilen 91 hasta değerlendirmeye alındı.
2- Hastaların ortalama yaşı 28 idi.
3- Hastalar drilling grubunda ortalama 6,3; gonadotropin grubunda ortalama 5.4 yıl süre ile infertildi.
4- Hastaların %45’inin hirsutizm skoru 8 üstünde idi.
5- Hastaların BMI‘ ları değerlendirildiğinde;drilling grubunda hastaların ortalama BMI’ı 30, gondaotropin grubunda 28 idi.
6- Hastaların OGTT sonucunda %42,2’sinde bozulmuş glukoz toleransı mevcuttu.
7-Drilling grubunda hastaların ameliyat sonrası 2.ayda%93.9 ‘u ovulatuar; 6 ayda
%90.9’ u ovulatuar idi.
8-Gebelik eldesi açısından bakıldığında, grupların birbirine üstün olmadığı görüldü. (p=
0,142)
9-Gebelik sonuçlarına bakıldığında düşük, ve canlı doğum oranları açısından gruplar arasında istatistiki açıdan anlamlı farklılık yoktu.(p= 0.500)
10-Drilling tedavisi öncesi ölçülen ovaryan volüm ile operasyon sonrası 2.ay ve 6.aydaki kontrollerde over volümü anlamlı azalma göstermiş (p= 0.005),artmış stromal volüm azalmıştır.
11- LH seviyesine bakıldığında drilling sonrası LH seviyesi azalmıştır ve bu istatistiki açıdan anlamlıdır.
12- LH/FSH oranı, bazal seviye ile operasyon sonrası dönemde 6.aydaki kontrolde karşılaştırıldığında, istatistiki açıdan anlamlı azalma göstermiştir.(p= 0.006)

13- Testosteron seviyesinde, drilling öncesi seviye ile operasyon sonrası 2.aydakarşılaştırıldığında istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir azalma (p=0,002)ve 6.ayda da istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir azalma (p=0,001) görülmüştür.
