Amacı / Purpose Proje planlama, organize etme ve kontrol etme ilkelerini bilmek. Kaynakları araştırma yöntemlerini öğrenmek. Alanla ilgili proje önermek. Proje planlama için güncel yazılımları kullanmak.

Students should be able to know planning, organizing and controlling principles of project. They should be able to know how to learn researching methods to find resources. Students should be able to recommend field specific projects. They should be able to use up to date software for planning project.

İçeriği / Content Program proje ilişkisi, projeye duyulan ihtiyaç, projelerin özellikleri, proje yönetimi, proje yönetimi özellikleri ve faydaları, proje yönetimi süreci, proje planlaması ve planlama aşamaları (Başlangıç, Planlama, Uygulama, Kontrol ve Kapanış) , planlamanın önemi, kapsam, bütçe ve zaman planlaması ve dengesi, farklı planlama yaklaşımları, maliyet tahmin yöntemleri, farklı planlama araçları, proje sürecinde ekiplerin hazırlanması. Projenin planlaması ve yürütülmesinde kullanılan MS-Project programı, örnek projelerin proje planlama yaklaşımları dikkate alınarak MS-Project ile geliştirilmesi.

Program project relationships, needs of project specifications, project management, project management features and benefits, project management process, project planning and planning stages (Startup, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Closing), the importance of planning, scope, budget and time planning and balance, a different approach to planning, cost estimation methods, different planning tools, project process for the preparation of the team. Project planning and execution of the planning in MS-Project, sample projects, project planning approach in MS-Project.
