Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aşkın Kiraz
Dr. Kiraz was born in Sinop. She has completed her high school education in Sinop Anatolian Teacher Training High School. That year she entered Hacettepe University Faculty of Education, Chemistry Teaching Department (in German) and she graduated from this department and she got the title of
“Teacher of Chemistry”. She did her master’s degree in Ankara University, Institute of Science, Chemistry Department. She started working in Çanakkale 18 March University as Instructor. She had domestic and foreign educations on Teaching Science in Pre-Schools and Primary Schools. She completed her PhD at the Science Institute, Department of Chemistry of the same University. In September 2008, she has started working as faculty member at Near East University, Ataturk Faculty of Education, Educational Sciences Department. Currently, she has been giving lectures on undergraduate, post graduate and PhD level with the title Associate Professor. There are under and post graduate thesis which she supervises, articles which have been published in national and international journals, proceedings which have been presented in scientific meetings and projects which she has been working on.
