專利檢索平臺應用

 可分別選擇所需專利國家或全部勾選原始專利分成歐美、亞洲、其他專利三 大部分

 可自行輸入檢索條件並進行語法測試

二、 文獻簡要內容(Brief Contents of Reference)

J. 題目(Title) Oxidation damage induced by di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate on the somatic cells of Esisenia foelide

K. 目的(Purpose) This study took Esisenia foelide as exptl. material to explore the soil ecotoxicity induced by

di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP).

L. 材料(Material) DEHP、DNA、MDA

M. 實驗方法 (Methods) The exposure doses were 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6

mmol·L-1. The Esisenia foelide was exposed to DEHP for 2 h in vivo with the bath exposure

technique. KCl-SDS assay and thiobarbituric acid assay were used to measure the changes of the coeff. of

DNA-protein crosslink (DPC) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) of somatic cells, resp.

N. 結論(Conclusions) Results showed that DPC coeff. increased significantly with the increase of DEHP concn. (F=14.1, p<0.01), and showed a dose-effect manner relationship (r=0.8877, p<0.05), but the content of MDA did not change

significantly with the increase of DEHP concn. (F=0.27, p>0.05). Above results indicated that DEHP exposure could induce significant DNA-protein crosslink of somatic cells of Esisenia foelide, and had genotoxicity.

 心得 用過了Sci-finder和專利檢索平台後發現他們都是非常強大的系統。利用Sci-finder 能讓我們在最短的時間內找到我們所需要的資料,讓我們不僅不需要再做前人所 做過的實驗,更能從他人經驗中獲得啟發、得到靈感,踩在巨人的肩膀料望更遙 遠的科學境界。自從用過這套系統後,須要做報告時就常上來查詢,因為他的資 料蒐集自全國各地不怕找不到資料,而且經由專業人士的驗證與整裡,讓我們能 用輕鬆且方便的方式查到最有用的資料。從專利檢索平台中我們可以藉由搜索專 利看到現在的趨勢,發現產業裡競爭的區塊在哪?自己的優勢在哪?自己的缺點 在哪?是要殺入紅海還是開創自己的藍海?是企業間專利戰的工具,也是教授們思 索自身的研究是否有價值的專業指標。
