For achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in global competition, organizational communication for businesses and entrepreneurship has gained importance. To identify the presence of the effect of organizational communication in both entrepreneurship and business performance in Ankara (Turkey), a survey has been carried out in different sectors for manufacturing industry companies. Analysis of data from the survey with the help of the relations between these variables will be conducted.
