Sektöründe Bir Uygulama
Özet
Bu çalışmada finansal krizlerin ticari krediler üzerindeki etkisi panel veri anali-zi yöntemi kullanılmak suretiyle incelenmiş ve imalat sektörünün kriz öncesi ve sonrası dönemde mali yapısındaki değişimlerin ticari kredi davranışlarını nasıl etkilediği ampirik olarak test edilmiştir. Firmaların ticari kredi davranışlarının etki-lerini ölçebilmek için ticari alacaklar ve ticari borçlar esas alınmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; Türkiye’de imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firma-ların ticari kredi davranışları krizden etkilenmekte ve finansal pozisyonu güçlü olan firmalar müşterilerine daha fazla ticari kredi sağlamakta ve daha az finan-sal kredi temin etmektedir.

The Effects of Financial Crises on Trade
Credits: An Application in Manufacturing
Industry
Abstract
In this study, the effects of financial crises on trade credits are studied using pa-nel data analysis and how the financial changes in manufacturing industry befo-re and after crises affected the trade cbefo-redit behaviours webefo-re empirically tested. In order to measure the effects of trade credit behaviours of the firms accounts receivable and accounst payable are used. The study results show that the tra-de credit behaviours of manufacturing firms in Turkey are affected by crises and firms with good financial position gives more trade credit to their customers and takes less financial credits.
