The sesame seeds come in many colors depending on the cultivar harvested. The most traded variety of sesame is off-white colored. Other common colors are buff, gold, brown, reddish and black.

CHICKPEAS NOHUT
Chickpeas are classified in two main groups called desi and kabuli. Kabuli varieties are generally large and light colored with smooth coat. The desi, on the other hand, have smaller, darker seeds and a rougher coat than the kabuli variety. Chickpeas are stored really well, and are high in nutritive value.

DESICCATED COCONUT HİNDİSTAN CEVİZİ
Made from mature fruit of coconut, desiccated coconuts are graded by its cutting size as fine grade and medium grade where fine grade is smaller particle size than the medium grade.
A good quality desiccated coconut should be white in color, reasonably free from yellow specks, black spots and other discolorations. It should have sweet aroma and mild characteristic of coconut without rancid. Even particle size distribution is another quality parameter.
The value of desiccated coconut lies at the fat content. Desiccated coconut is categorized into full fat (high fat) or reduced fat (low fat). A full fat Desiccated Coconut has a minimum of 60% fat, any lesser is a reduced fat Desiccated Coconut.
Packing and Storage
Desiccated Coconuts are packed in multiply craft paper bags with inner sealed polythene. Desiccated Coconuts are packed in 7 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg or 50 kg. Desiccated Coconuts shall be stored in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odor.

Thai Jasmine Rice is the world’s finest rice originated in North Eastern provinces of Thailand. Its tenderness, natural aroma and distinguished taste demanded to serve in many top cuisines around the world.
Thai Parboiled rice is rice that has been boiled in the husk. Parboiling makes rice easier to process by hand, improves its nutritional profile and changes its texture. Parboiling rice drives nutrients, especially thiamine, from the bran into the grain, so that parboiled white rice is 80% nutritionally similar to brown Thailand rice.
Thai White Rice is long grain type. When cooked, the grains tend to separate and are light and fluffy. White Thai rice is grown throughout the country but the most popular area is the Central part of Thailand. Unlike Jasmine rice, White Thai rice can be grown two or three times a year.

DRIED APRICOTS KURU KAYISI
Turkish apricots are mostly produced in Malatya province known as the “Dried Apricot Capital of The World".
We have
• Natural dried apricots which are dried directly under the sunlight and have a light to dark brown color.
• Sulfured dried apricots, which are treated with sulfur dioxide (SO2) in order to provide a lighter color and a longer shelf life.
Dried apricots stay in sulfured rooms for 6 hours to protect from microorganisms harm and to protect color.
After that, apricots continue to dry under the sun. “Sulfured” Dried Apricots can not be organic.
Dried apricots are often consumed as a snack, and also mixed with other dried fruit and nuts as well as being an important ingredient in chocolate snacks, baked cakes and desserts and breakfast cereals.. They are usually supplied whole, but can be supplied in halves, diced or slabs, too.
Türk kayısıları çoğunlukla “Dünyanın Kuru Kayısı Başkenti” olarak bilinen Malatya ilinde üretilir.
