This type is used for light weight slabs and beams. It is resistant to deform and fall over.

A¤›r tip döflemelerde ve kirifllerde kullan›l›r. Özellikle temellerde yüksek paspay› yüksekli¤i isteyen donat›larda genifl çapl› donat›lar için güvenle kullan›labilir. It is used for heavy duty slabs and beams, particularly in foundations where excessive height required for the cover.

Yap›lardaki perde ve kolonlarda kullan›lan paspaylar›d›r. Gözenekli yap›s› dolay›s›yla beton geçiﬂini engellemez. Dolay›s› ile betonda boﬂluk yaratmaz.

It is used for shear (curtain) walls as well as columns, which have wide width/depth. Because of its pores form, concrete can flow through it.

Izolasyon amaçl› polistren köpük veya membran türü malzemenin üzerine dökülen betonda kullan›l›r. Taban› geniﬂ yüzeyli oldu¤undan izolasyona zarar vermez.

This type of spacer is used where foam type or membrane type insulation is required which the concrete is poured above or below the insulation. It has a wide base therefore it does not damage the insulation.

Büyük yüzeyli döﬂemelerde kullan›lacak has›r donat›larda veya perdelerde kullan›l›r. Üzerindeki iki adet ç›k›nt› donat›ya tutturularak düﬂeyde kullan›labilir.

It is generally used for steel bars (mesh) placed in wide intervals as well as shear walls. Through its extra plastic bits, falling off the bar is prevented. Because it has small surface in contact with the concrete it will be not be visual on the surface of concrete after formwork is removed.

It is used horizontally in slabs, beams, vertically in columns and Curtain (Shear) walls. The spacer can be expanded as much as required by a plastic attachment. The other additional part can be used for vertical steel reinforcement covers.

Tie-rod millerinin betonla temas›n› engellemek, kal›p kal›nl›¤›n›n istenilen geniﬂlikte tutulmas›n› sa¤lamak için kullan›l›r.

Tie-Rod tube is a rigid PE tube to 2mm wall thickness, supplied in 2 metre lengths which can be easily cut to the required size. It is used as an extendible tube over tie bolts, facilitating their removal and also acting as a spacer to ensure correct width of wall.

Tie-rod cones are used at the ends of the tie-rod tube and can be easily extracted after removal of the formwork to form a chamfered recess for subsiquent grouting.

This type of profile is used for wood panel formwork which used in vertically and horizontally. At the same time, it prevents of any mortar leakage by means of covering the jointed area. It is also useful for dismantling of wood formwork.

This type formwork element is widely used for curtain (shear walls) and columns where there is high pressure (stress) on the formwork elements caused during placing of wet concrete and curing of the concrete. Due to its form, wide ribbed shape, it disables any blockage between ribs also it is very easy to dismantle and clean. It can be cut to required size.

This type of product is also produced entirely from plastic and it is used for one-way span rib beams. The product, apart from structural advantages, has advantages of accommodating service equipments (i.e electrical, heating, air ventilation) through the gaps of between 175 mm and 400 mm. Another advantage is comparing the similar structural systems i.e hollow pot system; an addition of 1 to 2 floors can be gained.

Beton, tu¤la, gazbeton vb. her türlü yüzeye montaj imkan› sa¤layacak malzemelerin üretimi gerçekleﬂtirilmektedir. Dübel boyu hesaplan›rken;

‹zolasyon kal›nl›¤› + haz›rl›k tabakas› kal›nl›¤› + delik boyu dikkate al›n›r. Delik boyu beton gibi dolu uygulama yüzeyleri için 3-4 cm, delikli tu¤la gibi boflluklu malzemeler için 5-6 cm olarak düflünülmelidir. Yüzeye yerlefltirilen dubeller kendi plastik çivisi ile sabitlenir. Dikkat edilmesi gereken bir di¤er hususta yuzeyde delinecek delik çap›n›n dübel çap›ndan 1-2 mm fazla olmas›d›r. Zira plastik çivisi çak›ld›ktan sonra, tutunma aç›s›ndan dubelin delik içinde genleflmesi flartt›r.

Örnek olarak; 10 luk dübel için 12 lik delik gibi. Dübel gövdesi polietilen, çivisi polipropilen malzemeden standartlara uygun olarak üretilmektedir.It is used Insulation plugs used for internal and external insulated walls. The type of plugs can be chosen according to the type, thickness, and surface condition of insulated wall. Things to consider when to calculate the depth of the insulation plug;

Thickness of the insulation material, Thickness of finishes, i.e Plasterboard, Required hole depth.

The depth of the plug should be;

3cm to 4cm for solid wall i.e concrete wall, 5cm to 6cm for porous material i.e brick with holes

Additional 1-2mm in plug diameter must be allowed to enable the plug to grip in the hole. i.e 12 mm diameter plugholes is required for 10mm diameter plug.

The insulation plug main body is polyethylene and the nail is polypropylene, which complies with standards.
