E-GÜVENLİK OKUL POLİTİKASI
Yenişehir Belediyesi Anaokulu olarak, çocuklarımızın daha bilinçli ve daha güvenli internet kullanıcıları olmalarını sağlamak ve aileleri de bu konuda bilinçlendirmek önceliklerimiz arasındadır. Ailelerimizi ve çocuklarımızı bilinçlendirmek için okulumuzdaki tüm öğretmenlerimizle araştırmalar ve çalışmalar yaparak güvenli internet politikamızı oluşturduk. Buna göre
okulumuzda e-güvenliği sağlamak için Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının Okullarda Sosyal Medyanın kullanılması ile ilgili 2017/12 no'lu genelgesine uygun planlama ve uygulamalar yapılmaktadır. Politikamız, yöneticiler, öğretmenler, veliler,
stajyer,tüm personel ve öğrenciler için hazırlanmış olup, internet erişimi ve bilgi iletişim cihazlarının kullanımı için geçerlidir.
AMACIMIZ:
• Yenişehir Belediyesi Anaokulu Müdürlüğü, e-güvenlik çalışmaları ile internet, akıllı tahta, bilgisayar, diz üstü bilgisayar ve cep telefonlarını
kullanırken; öğrencilerin, velilerin ve öğretmenlerin korunmasını amaç edinmiştir.
• İnternetin ve teknolojinin yaşamın önemli bir parçası olması sebebiyle, herkes, riskleri yönetme ve strateji geliştirme yöntemlerinin öğrenilmesi
konusunda bilinçlendirilmelidir.
• SORUMLULUKLARIMIZ:
• E-güvenlik politikalarının gelişmesine katkıda bulunmak.
• Olumlu öğrenme aşamasında mesleki gelişim için sorumluluk almak.
• Okulu ve içerisindekileri korumak için e-güvenlik konusunda sorumluluk almak.
• Teknolojiyi güvenli ve sorumlu kullanmak.
• Zarar görülmesi durumunda tehlikeyi gözlemleyip ilgili birimler olarak olaya müdahale edip , çözümlemek.
E GÜVENLİK MÜFREDATIMIZ HAKKINDA
Teknoloji, çocuklar için imkânlar ve fırsatlar sunuyor. Çocuklar da İnternetin sağladığı bu imkân ve fırsatlara kolayca ve hızlıca erişim
sağlayabiliyor. Dijital teknolojinin sağladığı bu imkânların yanı sıra çocuğun ruhsal, zihinsel ve fiziksel saldırılarla, tuzaklarla karşılaşması hafife alınmaması gereken bir gerçekliktir. Çocuğu internet ortamından tamamen uzak tutmak oldukça zordur. Çocukların internetin tehdit ve tehlikelerine karşı kendilerini koruyabilmeleri için bilgilendirmek, bilinç kazandırmak önemlidir. Bu sebeple özellikle küçük yaştan itibaren okullarda e-güvenlik politikası uygulanması önemlidir. Yenişehir Belediyesi Anaokulu okul politikası olarak öğrencilerimizi internet ortamlarının tehlikelerinden ve zararlarından koruyabilmek için gerekli çalışmalar yapıyoruz.
Okulumuzda eTwinning eğitim portalında yürütülen projeler ile ailelerimizin denetiminde bilgisayar, tablet ya da telefonlarla belirlenmiş saatlerde birlikte internete girilmesi sağlanmaktadır. ( Pandemi döneminde ) Okulöncesi çağındaki çocuklara bilinç kazandırmak ancak aile katılımları ile olur.
Bu projelerimizle birlikte her ay yapılan etkinliklerle hem ailelere hem de
çocuklarımıza güvenli internet hakkında bilinç ve farkındalık kazandırılmaktadır.
Ayrıca e Twinning projeleri ve Uzaktan Eğitim ile çocukların internet başında saatlerce vakit geçirmelerini önlemek adına aile katılımlı etkinlikler
yapılmaktadır. Bu etkinlikler sayesinde anne ve babalar çocukları ile daha kaliteli vakit geçirme imkânı bulmaktadırlar.
Çocuklarda bilinçli ve güvenli internet kullanımına dair bilgi, beceri ve tutumların geliştirilmesi için seminerler düzenlenmektedir.Türkçe Dil
Etkinlikleri, Matematik Etkinlikleri, Fen ve Doğa Etkinlikleri, Müzik, Oyun ve diğer etkinliklerde tablet ve telefonlar pedagojik eğitim aracı olarak
kullanılmaktadır.
GÜVENLİ İNTERNET KULLANIM KURALLARI
Okuldaki her öğretmenin sorumluluğunu alırken, Okulun Güvenli İnternet Politikasının uygulanması, incelenmesi ve uygulanmasından Okul Müdürümüz Ümmühan KILIÇ ve e Güvenlik Kurulu Üyeleri Müdür Yardımcısı Hatice BAYIL,
Öğretmen Seval SARICA, Öğretmen Makbule GILIÇ sorumludur. Okulumuzun, Güvenli İnternet Koordinatörü Müdür Yardımcısı Hatice BAYIL’dır.Okulumuzun e Güvenlik Kurulu Okulun Güvenli İnternet Politikasının uygulanmasını ve izlenmesini denetlemekte ve yılda en az bir kere olmak üzere Okul Müdürüne rapor etmektedir.
Okulun Güvenli İnternet Politikası, Öğretmen, Personel öğrenci ve velilerin güvenliği okulun itibarı ve geleceği ile ilgili dijital gelişmelere ve yeniliklere ayak uydurmalıdır.
CEP TELEFONU VE KİŞİSEL CİHAZLARIN KULLANIM KURALLARI • Öğretmenler cep telefonlarını pedagojik araç olarak gerektiğinde kullanabilirler.
• Ders saatleri içinde öğretmen, personel ve stajyerlerin cep telefonlarını acil durumlar dışında kullanmamaları kararı oy birliği ile alınmıştır.
• Okul saatleri içinde öğrencilerin, kişisel cep telefonu, tablet, ses kayıt cıhazı, akıllı saat vb. kayıt özelliği olan her türlü aletin kullanımı yasaktır.
• Cep telefonunu yönetime teslim etmeyen ve cep telefonu ile okul içerisinde video yada fotoğraf çeken öğrencilere Okul Öncesi Eğitim ve İlköğretim Kurumları Yönetmeliğinin Ödül ve Disiplin maddeleri gereği işlem yapılmaktadır.
• Her türlü kişisel cihazların sorumluluğu kişinin kendisine aittir.
• Okulumuz bu tür cihazların kullanımından doğacak olumsuz sağlık ve yasal sorumlulukları kabul etmez.
• Okulumuz kişisel cep telefonlarının ve bilişim cihazlarının ( akıllı saat, tablet ..vb) kayıp, çalınma ve hasardan korunması için gerekli tüm önlemleri almaktadır; fakat sorumluluk kişiye aittir.
• Okulumuz öğrencilerinin aile tarafından aranması durumunda sorumluluk idare ve öğretmendedir.
• Öğrencilerimiz eğitim amaçlı (web 2 araçlarının kullanımı vb) kişisel cihazlarını kullanmak için okul yönetiminden izin almalıdır.
• Velilerimiz okul saatleri içerisinde öğrencileriyle ve öğretmenleriyle görüşme yapmamaları gerektiği konusunda bilgilendirilirler. Eğer zorunlu haller var ise okul yönetiminden izin alarak görüşme yapmaları sağlanmalıdır.
• Çalışanlar (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb) kişisel cep telefonlarını ders saatlerinde sessize alarak ya da kapatarak görevlerine devam etmelidir.
• Çalışanlar (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb) okul politikasına aykırı davranışlarda bulunursa idari işlemler başlatılır.
• Kurum çalışanları (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb) ve öğrenciler sosyal medya ya da sohbet programları üzerinden öğrenci ya da kurum çalışanlarından gelecek olan ya da kendilerinin gönderecekleri her türlü içerik ve
mesajlaşmanın hukuki sorumluluğunu taşımaktadır, uygunsuz olabilecek her türlü içerik ve mesajlaşma ivedilikle okul yönetimi ile paylaşılır. Böyle bir duruma mahal vermemek için gereken önlemler alınır.Okul sahalarında cep telefonlarının kullanımı eğitim dışında yasaklanmıştır.
• Amacı dışında kullanılan cep telefonu, akıllı saat, ses kayıt cihazı gibi cihazlara el konulur. e Güvenlik komisyonu toplanarak veli görüşmesi yapılır.
Tüm kayıt okul idaresi gözetiminde tutulur.
OKULUMUZDA FOTOĞRAF YA DA VİDEO ÇEKİMİ VE YAYINLANMASI HUSUSU KURALLARI
Okul kayıt döneminde her öğrenci velisi izin belgesi imzalar. Bu izin belgesinde öğrenci fotoğraflarının okul resmî web sitesi, okul dergisi, gazete, eTwinning portalı vb. okul tanıtımlarında veli, çocuğunun sınıf resimlerinin paylaşılmasına (e güvenliğin sağlanması için) M.E.B. 2017/12 nolu genelgesi çerçevesinde kullanılmasına izin verir.
Okul idaresi tarafından görevli kılınanlar haricindeki kişiler tarafından ve öğrenci velilerinin bilmek istedikleri etkinlik ve programlar dışındaki zamanlarda, okul ve okul bahçesi sınırları içerisinde fotoğraf ve video çekimi yapılamaz. Bu yasak, bir öğrencinin diğer bir öğrencinin fotoğraf ve videosunu çekmek istemesi durumunda da geçerlidir.
Okul idaresi tarafından görevlendirilen kişilerin çektiği fotoğraf ve videolar ancak okulun resmî web adresinde ve sanal ortamlarında, ilgili öğrenci velisinin talep ve yazılı onayı ile yayınlanabilir. Öğrencisi için onay vermeyen velinin öğrencisi ile ilgili fotoğraf ve videolar yayınlanmaz.
Velisi tarafından fotoğraf ve video görüntülerinin çekilip yayınlanmasına onay verilmeyen öğrencilerin, çekim esnasında psikolojik baskı
yaşamaması için tedbirler alınır.
Okul görevlileri tarafından yayınlanan resim ve videolarda öğrencilerin kişisel bilgilerine kesinlikle yer verilmez.
Fotoğraf çekimi kuralları ile ilgili görseller okul panosuna , tüm velilerin göreceği şekilde asılır.
E-GÜVENLİKLE İLE İLGİLİ VELİLERE BİLGİLENDİRME ÇALIŞMALARI
Okulumuzda, belirli aralıklarla velilere yönelik e güvenlik hakkında bilinçlendirme çalışmaları yapmaktadır ( Pandemi dolayısıyla bu bilgilendirmeler sosyal medya aracılığıyla yapılmıştır.)
Öğretmenler yapacakları veli toplantı gündemine “eGüvenlik çalışmaları hakkında bilgilendirme” maddesini velilerle görüşmek üzere almaktadır.
Okul web sayfasından bilgilendirme yazıları paylaşılmaktadır.
Broşür ve bültenler dağıtılmaktadır.
OKUL PERSONELİNİN E GÜVENLİK İLE İLGİLİ EĞİTİMİ
• Personelin tümüne; profesyonel ve kişisel olarak, güvenli ve sorumlu İnternet kullanımı konusunda personel eğitimi yapılmaktadır.
• Okul personelinin hepsi, davranışlarının okuldaki rolü ve itibarını etkileyebileceğinin farkındadır.
OKULUMUZDA GÜVENLİ İNTERNET GÜNÜ
Okulumuzda her yıl 'Güvenli İnternet Günü " çeşitli faaliyetlerle 10-11 Şubat tarihlerinde kutlanmaktadır. Okul öğretmenlerimiz eTwinning portalında da etkinlikler planlamaktadır. Ayrıca velilere e güvenlik hakkında yazılarla bilinçlendirme yapılmaktadır. Hafta boyunca seminerler, tanıtıcı afişlerle etkin katılım sağlanmaktadır. E-safety okulun tüm personelinin sorumluluğundadır.

OKUL WEB SİTESİ:
• Yenişehir Belediyesi Anaokulu olarak web sitemizde okulumuzun adres, telefon, fax ve e posta adres bilgileri bulunmaktadır.
• Sitemizde yayınlanan tüm içerikler okul müdürümüzün onayından geçtikten sonra okul web sorumlu idareci tarafından siteye konulmaktadır.
• Okulumuzun web sitesi Müdür Yardımcımız Hatice BAYIL sorumluluğunda olup güçlü güvenlik önlemleri alınmış durumdadır.
• Öğrenci çalışmaları, velilerinin izinleriyle yayımlanmaktadır.
GÖRÜNTÜ VE VİDEOLARIN PAYLAŞIMI:
• Paylaşılan tüm fotoğraf ve videolar okul politikasına uygun şekilde okul idaresinin izni ve onayı ile paylaşılmaktadır.
• Öğrenci içerikli tüm paylaşımlarda velilerin izinleri alınmaktadır.
• Veli izni yanında öğrencinin de izni olmadan fotoğrafı çekilip kullanılmamaktadır.
• Video konferans, resmi ve onaylanmış siteler aracılığıyla yapılacaktır.
• Öğretmenler, şahsi sosyal medya hesaplarında, okul öğrencileri ve çalışanlarının yer aldığı görselleri, okul yetkili mercileri tarafından
onaylanmadan paylaşamazlar.
ÇEVRİMİÇİ OLAYLAR VE KORUMA:
• Okulumuzun tüm üyeleri çevirimiçi riskler konusunda bilgilendirilecektir.
• Okulumuzda yasadışı içerik, güvenlik ihlali, siber zorbalık, çocuk istismarı, kişisel bilgi güvenliği gibi konularda bilgilendirme çalışmaları yapılmaktadır.
• Güvenli internet gününde çeşitli etkinlikler düzenlenerek farkındalık oluşturulmaya çalışılmaktadır.
• Okulumuzda internet, bilgi teknolojileri ve ekipmanlarının yanlış kullanımı ile ilgili tüm şikayetler okul müdürüne bildirilecektir.
• Yaşanan olumsuzluklarda okul gerekli işlemleri yapmakla sorumludur.
• Sorunların çözümünde çalışanlar (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb), veliler ve öğrenciler okul ile birlikte hareket etmelidir.
• Covid 19 sebebiyle yapılacak her türlü çevrim içi görüşme Bakanlığın tavsiye ettiği sosyal platfomlar üzerinden yapılmaktadır. Her toplantıda şifreler ve ID ler yenilenip her seferinde şifre istenmektedir.
• Çevrim içi toplantılarda yönetici toplantıya gireni onaylamalıdır. Kimlik bilgisi yazılı olmayan kullanıcıları eGüvenlik sebebiyle doğabilecek güvenlik zafiyetini önlemek için toplantıya kabul edilmeyecektir.
YENİŞEHİR MUNICIPALITY KINDERGARTEN E-SECURITY SCHOOL POLICY
As Yenişehir Municipality Kindergarten, it is among our priorities to ensure that our children become more conscious and safer internet users and to raise awareness of families on this issue. We have created our safe internet policy by conducting research and studies with all our teachers in our school to raise awareness of our families and children. Accordingly, in order to ensure e- security in our school, planning and applications are carried out in accordance with the circular numbered 2017/12 of the Ministry of National Education on the use of Social Media in Schools. Our policy is prepared for administrators, teachers, parents, interns, all staff and students, and applies to the use of internet access and information communication devices.
OUR AIM:
• Yenişehir Municipality Kindergarten Directorate uses the internet, smart boards, computers, laptops and mobile phones with its e-security studies; It aims to protect students, parents and teachers.
• Since the internet and technology are an important part of life, everyone should be made aware of the methods of managing risks and developing strategies.
• OUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contributing to the development of e-security policies.
• Taking responsibility for professional development in the positive learning phase.
• Taking responsibility for e-security to protect the school and its insiders.
• Using technology safely and responsibly.
• In case of damage, observing the danger and intervening and resolving the incident as relevant units.
ABOUT OUR E SECURITY CURRICULUM
Technology offers possibilities and opportunities for children. Children can easily and quickly access these opportunities and opportunities provided by the Internet. In addition to these opportunities provided by digital technology, it is a reality that should not be taken lightly for the child to encounter mental, mental and physical attacks and traps. It is very difficult to keep the child away from the internet environment completely. It is important to inform and raise awareness so that children can protect themselves against the threats and dangers of the internet. For this reason, it is important to implement e-security policy in schools, especially from a young age. As Yenişehir Municipality
Kindergarten school policy, we do the necessary work to protect our students from the dangers and damages of the internet environment.
In our school, with the projects carried out on the eTwinning education portal, it is ensured that the internet is accessed together with computers, tablets or phones at specified times under the supervision of our families.
(During the pandemic period) It is only possible to raise awareness in preschool children through family participation. Together with these projects, we raise awareness and awareness about safe internet for both families and children with monthly activities. In addition, with e-Twinning projects and Distance Education, activities with family participation are organized to prevent children from spending hours on the internet. Thanks to these activities, mothers and fathers have the opportunity to spend more quality time with their children.
Seminars are organized to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes about conscious and safe internet use in children. Tablets and phones are used as pedagogical education tools in Turkish Language Activities, Mathematics Activities, Science and Nature Activities, Music, Games and other activities.
SAFE INTERNET USAGE RULES
While taking the responsibility of every teacher in the school, our School Principal Ümmühan KILIÇ and e Security Board Members Deputy Director Hatice BAYIL, Teacher Seval SARICA, Teacher Makbule GILIÇ are responsible for the implementation, examination and implementation of the School's Safe
Internet Policy. Our School's Safe Internet Coordinator is Deputy Director Hatice BAYIL. Our School's e Security Board inspects the implementation and monitoring of the School's Safe Internet Policy and reports it to the School Principal at least once a year.
The Safe Internet Policy of the School, the safety of teachers, staff, students and parents should keep up with digital developments and innovations regarding the reputation and future of the school.
RULES OF USE OF MOBILE PHONE AND PERSONAL DEVICES
• Teachers can use mobile phones as a pedagogical tool when necessary.
• It has been unanimously decided that teachers, staff and trainees do not use their mobile phones during class hours except for emergencies.
• During school hours, students can use personal mobile phones, tablets, voice recorders, smart watches, etc. The use of any recording device is
prohibited.
• Students who do not hand over their mobile phones to the
administration and take videos or photographs with their mobile phones within the school are subject to the Prize and Discipline articles of the Pre-School Education and Primary Education Institutions Regulation.
• All kinds of personal devices are responsible for the person himself.
• Our school does not accept any negative health and legal responsibilities arising from the use of such devices.
• Our school takes all necessary measures to protect personal mobile phones and information devices (smart watch, tablet, etc.) from loss, theft and damage; but the responsibility belongs to the person.
• In case students of our school are called by the family, the responsibility lies with the administration and the teacher.
• Our students must obtain permission from the school administration to use their personal devices for educational purposes (use of web 2 tools, etc.).
• Our parents are informed that they should not meet with their
students and teachers during school hours. If there are compulsory situations, they should be allowed to interview with the permission of the school
administration.
• Employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.) should continue their duties by muting or turning off their personal mobile phones during class hours.
• If the employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.) behave against the school policy, administrative proceedings are initiated.

RULES OF PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO SHOOTING AND PUBLISHING AT OUR SCHOOL
• During the school enrollment period, each parent signs a permit. This permit includes student photos on the school official website, school magazine, newspaper, eTwinning portal, etc. In school promotions, parents should share their child's class pictures (and to ensure safety) M.E.B. • No photographs or videos can be taken within the boundaries of the school and schoolyards by persons other than those assigned by the school administration and at times other than the events and programs that parents of students want to know. This prohibition also applies if a student wishes to take photos and videos of another student.
• Photographs and videos taken by the persons assigned by the school administration can only be published on the official web address of the school and on the virtual environment, upon the request and written approval of the relevant student's parent. Photos and videos about the student of the parent who does not give consent for the student are not published.
• Precautions are taken to ensure that students who are not approved for taking and broadcasting photographs and videos by their parents do not experience psychological pressure during the shooting.
• Students' personal information is never included in the pictures and videos published by school officials.
• Images related to the rules of photographing are posted on the school board in a way that all parents can see.
INFORMATION STUDIES FOR PARENTS ABOUT E-SECURITY
• In our school, we conduct awareness raising activities for parents about e-security at regular intervals (Due to the pandemic, these informations were made via social media.)
• Teachers include the item "informing about eSecurity activities" in the parent meeting agenda to meet with parents.
• Informational articles are shared on the school website.
• Brochures and bulletins are distributed.
SECURITY-RELATED EDUCATION OF SCHOOL STAFF
• To all staff; Personnel training is provided on professional and personal use of the Internet in a safe and responsible manner.
• All school staff are aware that their behavior can affect their role and reputation in the school.
SAFE INTERNET DAY AT OUR SCHOOL
Every year 'Safe Internet Day' is celebrated at our school on February 10- 11 with various activities. Our school teachers also plan activities on the

SCHOOL WEBSITE:
• As Yenişehir Municipality Kindergarten, our website includes address, telephone, fax and e-mail address information of our school.

• Our school website is under the responsibility of our Deputy Principal Hatice BAYIL and strong security measures have been taken.
• Student works are published with the permission of their parents.
SHARING IMAGES AND VIDEOS:
• All shared photos and videos are shared with the permission and approval of the school administration in accordance with the school policy.
• Parents' permissions are taken for all student-related posts.
• In addition to the permission of the parents, the photographs of the student are not taken and used without the permission.
• Video conferencing will be done through official and approved sites.
• Teachers cannot share images of school students and staff on their personal social media accounts without the approval of the school authorities.
ONLINE EVENTS AND PROTECTION:
• All members of our school will be informed about online risks.
• In our school, information activities are carried out on issues such as illegal content, security breach, cyber bullying, child abuse, and personal information security.
• Awareness is tried to be raised by organizing various events on the safe internet day.
• All complaints about the misuse of internet, information technologies and equipment in our school will be reported to the school principal.
• The school is responsible for taking necessary actions in case of negativity.
• Employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.), parents and students should act together with the school in solving the problems.
• All kinds of online interviews due to Covid 19 are conducted on social platforms recommended by the Ministry. Passwords and IDs are renewed at each meeting and a password is required each time.
• In online meetings, the administrator must approve the participant.
Users whose identity information is not written will not be accepted to the meeting in order to prevent security weakness that may arise due to eSecurity.
