Objective Dersin amacı uluslararası toplum ve uluslararası toplumun hukukî örgütlenmesi hakkındaki temel bilgileri vermek, uluslararası hukukun kaynaklarına ve kişilerine ilişkin hukukî çerçeveyi çizmek ve öğrencinin ikinci dönem uluslararası hukuk dersi için sağlam bir hukukî temel oluşturmasını sağlamaktır.
Content Birinci dönem uluslararası hukuk dersi iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde uluslararası hukukun tarihi gelişimi ve kaynakları (uluslararası andlaşmalar hukuku, uluslararası teamül hukuku, hukuk genel ilkeleri, doktrin, içtihat, tek taraflı uluslararası hukuk işlemleri) incelenmekte, ikinci bölümde ise uluslararası hukukun kişileri (devlet, uluslararası örgütler, devlet niteliği kazanamamış topluluklar, iç hukuk gerçek ve tüzel kişileri) üzerinde durulmaktadır.

Objective Bu dersin amacı, öğrenciyi sosyoloji disiplininin temel nosyonları ve sosyolojik muhakemenin esaslarıyla tanıştırmaktır. Bu çerçevede, belli başlı sosyolojik teoriler içerisinde şekillendikleri politik ve ekonomik tarihsel bağlamlar da dikkate alınarak ele alınacaktır.
