Course Content

In this course information about stereoisomerism, physicochemical and structural properties of stereoisomers, their behavior in the biological environment, their interaction differences and pharmacological, toxicological, pharmacokinetic and pharmacoeconomic results of different biological responses are given.

Aim of the Course

Aim of this course is to give information about differences between isomers of the compounds, activity of the drugs at molecular level and biological environment, the reasons for differences in biological effects of isomeric compounds in relation to chemical structure.
