ANKARA AVRUPA ÇALIŞMALARI DERGİSİ
GENEL YAYIN İLKELERİ
1. Ankara Avrupa Çalışmaları Dergisi'ne gönderilecek olan yazılar, işlediği konuya yeni bir boyut getirecek şekilde özgün ve daha önce hiçbir yayın organında yayınlanmamış ya da yayınlanmak üzere gönderilmemiş olmalıdır.
2. Gönderilen makalelerin yayınlanmasından sonra dergi yayın kurulu tarafından uygun görüldüğü takdirde, tüm yayın hakları Ankara Üniversitesi Avrupa Toplulukları Araştırma Uygulama Merkezi’ne (ATAUM) aittir.
3. Yayınlanan makalelerden alıntı yapılması halinde kaynak belirtilmesi zorunludur. Makalelerin tamamının kullanılması derginin iznine bağlıdır.
4- Makaleler Türkçe, Almanca, Fransızca ya da İngilizce dillerinden birinde yazılabilir. 5. Sunulan makale önce derginin editörlük kıstaslarını karşılayıp karşılamadığının görülmesi için Yayın Kurulu tarafından incelenir. Kıstasları karşılayan makale hakeme gönderilir. Kıstasları karşılamayan makale, istenen düzeltmeler için yazara geri gönderilir.
6. Makale hakeme gönderildikten sonra, hakem, hakem raporu kıstasları çerçevesinde makaleyi iki ay içinde değerlendirir ve kararını gönderir. Hakem kararına göre, makale, yayınlanmaya uygun bulunabilir, makalede bazı düzeltmeler istenebilir ya da makale yayınlanmaya uygun bulunmayabilir. Bundan sonra yazar, en kısa sürede, ekinde hakem raporlu bir yazı ile karar hakkında bilgilendirilir.
7. Yayınlanan makalenin sorumluluğu yazara aittir. Makaledeki hiçbir görüş dergiye veya ATAUM’a yüklenemez.
8. Yayınlansın ya da yayınlanmasın hiçbir makale iade edilmez.
9. Yazarlar, yazılarını (makalelerini, kitaplarını vb.), 9. maddenin altındaki “Yazarlık Formu”nu eksiksiz doldurarak ve istenilen diğer belgelerle birlikte, Ankara Üniversitesi Avrupa Toplulukları Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi Yayın Koordinatörlüğü 06590 Cebeci/ANKARA adresine posta yoluyla göndermeleri ve ayrıca, senemogl@education.ankara.edu.tr veya dsezgen@ankara.edu.tr adresine de elektronik posta olarak göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Eksik evrak ile gönderilen makaleler, işleme alınamamaktadır.

10- Yazılar/makaleler, Microsoft Word programında, Times New Roman karakterinde yazılacaktır. Satır aralığı 1,5 olmalıdır. Metin için 12 punto, dipnotlar için 10 punto kullanılacaktır.
11. Makale, dipnotlar dahil 6.000 ila 10.000 kelime arasında olmalıdır. 12. Kitap incelemeleri 1500-2000 kelime arasında olmalıdır.
13. Olay incelemeleri dipnotlar dahil 3000-5000 kelime arasında olmalıdır.
14. Makale, Türkçe dilinde yazılmışsa Türkçe ve İngilizce özet ve anahtar kelime, Yayın Kurulu tarafından kabul edilen başka bir dilde (İngilizce, Almanca, Fransızca) yazılmışsa, Türkçe ve yazıldığı dilde özet ve anahtar kelime eklenmelidir. Özetlerin her birinde ortalama 125’er kelime olmalı, anahtar kelimeler ise 5’er adedi geçmemelidir. 15. Makalelerde en fazla üçlü altbaşlık sistemi kullanılacaktır. İlk altbaşlık koyu, ikinci altbaşlık koyu ve italik yazılmalıdır. Üçüncü altbaşlık sadece italik olmalıdır. Altbaşlıklarda harf ya da rakam kullanılmamalıdır.
16. Makale içinde çift tırnak kullanılmalıdır.
17- Makalenin yazılmasında kullanılan kaynakçaya ilk atıf, dipnot yazım ilkelerinde belirtilen örnekler çerçevesinde yapılacaktır. Makalenin sonraki sayfalarında, aynı kaynağa yapılan atıflarda ise yazarın soyadı ile Ibid., op.cit. vb. Latince terimler kullanılacaktır.

18- Yayınlanan makalelerin yazarlarına ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde telif ücreti ödenecektir.
19- Yayınlanan makalelerin 10 adet tıpkı basım ve 1 adet dergi yazara ücretsiz olarak verilecektir.
THE GENERAL PUBLICATION PRINCIPLES OF THE
ANKARA REVIEW OF EUROPEAN STUDIES
1. All papers sent to the journal should be original enough as they will bring a new dimension to the topic in which they study and should not have been published or presented to the editorial board of other publications in any kind.
2. If presented paper’s publication is approved by the Review’s Editorial Board, the Ankara University ATAUM holds all publication rights of the paper.
3. Any other publication and paper that have used some parts of papers published in the Ankara Review of European Studies as quotations should give the source paper of these quotations in their bibliography. The complete usage of paper is a subject to the permission of the review.
4. The language of papers to be presented to the review could be in Turkish, English, French and German.
5. Presented paper will first be reviewed by the editorial board to see whether the paper meets the editorial criterias of the review. The paper that meets the criterias will be sent to the referee. Paper that do not meet the criterias will be sent back to the author for the requested corrections.
6. After the sending of the paper to the referee, the referee will asses the paper in the framework of the terms of referee report and send his decision about the paper within two months. In the referee’s decision, the paper may be found eligible to the publication or some corrections may be requested on the paper or the paper may be found ineligible for the publication. Then the author is immediately informed about the decision in writing with a copy of referee report.
7. The responsibility of the published papers belongs to the authors. All opinions in the papers can not be ascribed to the review or ATAUM
8. All papers either published or not are not returned.
9. Authors who would like to sent their papers, books, etc. to ATAUM for the publication assessment should fill up “The Author Form” and send it with other requested document with their papers or books etc. by post to the following address: Ankara Üniversitesi Avrupa Toplulukları Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi Yayın Koordinatörlüğü 06590 Cebeci /ANKARA. They should also e-mail the form, requested documents and their papers or books etc. to one of the following e-mail addresses: senemogl@education.ankara.edu.tr or dsezgen@ankara.edu.tr . All applications with incomplete document will not be admitted.
10. Papers should be written in one of the Windows for Word programmes with a 1.5 line matter and in the Times New Roman character. The size of the letters will be 12 points, for the text and 10 points, for the foot notes.
11. The total words at the paper including the foot notes should be between 6000 and 10.000 words.
12. The total words in the book reviews should be between 1500 and 2000 words.
13. The total words in the case studies should be between 3000 and 5000 words.
14. If the paper is written in Turkish, English abstract and key words and also an abstract and key words in the original language should be added to the paper. Each abstract should comprise 125 words in average and the number of key words both in Turkish and in original language should not be more than 5 words.
15. In the papers, maximum three subtitle system will be used. The first subtitle should be bold the second subtitle should be bold and italic and the third subtitle should be italic in character. Letters or numbers should not be used in the subtitle.
16. Quotation marks should be used in the paper.
17. In the first quotations for the bibliography used in the preparation of the papers, a foot note procedure will be used in the framework of the Footnote Writing Principles. In the following pages if the quotation is made to the same bibliography, the family name of the author and terms in latin such as Ibid., op.cit,etc. will be used. All quotations to the sources used in the writing of the paper will be made through footnotes procedure in the framework of the examples given in the footnote writing principles link.

18. Copy right priced will be paid to the author in the framework of the reliated legistation.
19. The author will be given 10 (ten) blue print of his/her paper separately and also 1 (one) review that his/her paper has been published free of charge.
