Kerevitaﬂ

Türkiye’de perakende dondurulmufl gıda sektörünün ilk firması olan Kerevitafl Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Afi, 1970 yılında Bursa Akçalar’da kuruldu. Öncelikli faaliyetleri ‹skandinav ülkelerine canlı kerevit ihracatı olan Kerevitafl, ihracat yaptı¤ı ülkelerden gelen istekler do¤rultusunda 1980 yılında dondurulmufl meyve ve sebze üretimine baflladı. Kerevitafl, dünya standartlarındaki üretimiyle TSE-ISO-9001 ve TSE-ISO-22000 üretim ve kalite güvence sistem belgelerini almaya hak kazandı. Kerevitafl Gıda bugün, Bursa Akçalar’da 220.000 m²’lik bir sahanın içinde, 70.000 m²’lik kapalı alanda, 6 ana iflletmeden oluflan (sebze-meyve, patates, kroket, unlu mamuller, ton balı¤ı ve su ürünleri) fabrikasında modern teknolojiyle üretim yapmaktadır. Kerevitafl Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Afi is a leading company in the retail frozen food sector in Turkey. The company was established in 1970 in Bursa Akçalar. The primary operation of Kerevitafl was to export live crayfish to Scandinavian countries. The company started to produce frozen vegetables and fruits in 1980 based on the demand by those countries. Kerevitafl received TSE-ISO-9001 and TSE-ISO-22000 production and quality assurance system certificates for its world-class production.

Today the company’s headquarters area in Istanbul Avcilar and the company operates its own modern production plant covering an area of 220.000 m² on a territory of 70.000 m² in Bursa Akçalar.

The plant consists of 6 main facilities: vegetables & fruits, potatoes, croquettes, dough products, tuna fish and seafood. The company is traded on Istanbul Stock Exchange since 1995.

1990 y›l›nda sebze-meyve, su ürünleri ve pizza çeflitleriyle perakende pazar›na giren ilk marka olan SuperFresh, Türk tüketicisini dondurulmufl ürün kavram›yla tan›flt›rd›. Launched in 1990, SuperFresh is the first brand to introduce Turkish consumer with the “frozen product”

which was an extremely new concept then. Starting with fruits & vegetables, seafood and pizza, and complementing their product range with frozen flake pastry and other dough-based products few years later, SuperFresh soon became the brand with the most extensive product portfolio including a total of 225 products in the frozen food category (fruits & vegetables, pastry, seafood, potatoes, croquettes and meat). PATATESLER

SuperFresh patatesler önceden ay›klanm›fl, dilimlenmifl ve özenle seçilmifl oldu¤u için do¤rudan kullan›ma elverifllidir. -40°C’de IQF yöntemiyle dondurularak tazeli¤ini koruyan, ön hafllama ve k›zartmadan geçirildi¤i için minimum ya¤ çeken enfes patatesler buzdolab›nda 24 saat, buzlukta 7 gün ve -18°C’deki derin dondurucuda son tüketim tarihine kadar (2 y›l) saklanabilir.

POTATOES

SuperFresh potatoes are carefully selected, Sorted and sliced to be used directly. They are fresh potatoes, as they are frozen with IQF method at -40° C. SuperFresh potatoes are pre-boiled and fried, therefore they absorb minimum oil. They can be kept in the fridge for 24 hours, in a freezer for 7 days and in a deep freezer at - 18°C until the expiry date (2 years).
