Endüstriyel Tesislerde Yangın Güvenliği ve Teknolojiler / Fire Safety and New Technologies In Industrial Occupancies

Türkiye Yangından Korunma ve Eğitim Vakfı ile Yangından Korunma Derneği (TÜYAK) yangının önlenmesi ve yangına karşı can ve mal güvenliğinin sağlanması konularında çalışma yapmak üzere kurulmuşlardır.

Başlıca amaçları; bilgi ve teknoloji transferlerini gerçekleştirmek, ulusal ve uluslararası platformlarda yangın sektörünü tanıtmak, yurt dışı meslek örgütleri ile temaslarını sürdürerek sektör ile ilgili bilgi ve teknolojik gelişmeleri izlemek ve üyelerine duyurabilmektir.

TÜYAK‘ın diğer amaçları; yangından korunma konusunda faaliyet gösteren kişi kurum ve kuruluşları bir araya getirerek yangından kaynaklanan can ve mal kaybını azaltmak, toplumun yangın güvenliği konusunda eğitilmesini sağlamak, bilim ve teknoloji alanında araştırmalar yapmak, yapılan çalışmaları desteklemek, yangından korunma ve yangınla mücadele konularında yeni ürünlerin ve sistemlerin geliştirilmesine destek olmak, yetkili kuruluşlarla işbirliği yaparak ulusal yangın yönetmeliklerini ve standartlarını hazırlanmak ve kültür varlıklarının yangın güvenliğinin sağlanması konularında çalışma yapmaktır.

İki yılda bir yapılan ‘’Yangın ve Güvenlik Sempozyumu ve Sergisi‘’nin beşincisi 04 - 05 aralık 2019 tarihlerinde İstanbul’da yapılacaktır. sempozyum, uluslararası ve ulusal kuruluşların destekleri, yurt içi/

sempozyumda; Yangın ve güvenlik alanında bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmelerin tartışıldığı, tasarımcı, uygulamacı, araştırmacı ve işletmecilerin deneyimlerinin paylaşıldığı bir platform oluşması hedeflenmiştir.

Sempozyumla birlikte düzenlenen sergide ise; “Yangın ve Güvenlik” sektöründeki yerli ve yabancı üreticiler teknolojik gelişmelerini tanıtacak, yeni ürünlerini sunacaktır. güvenlik profesyonelleri, ilgili kamu yöneticileri, akademisyenler, tasarım yapan ve/veya uygulayan mühendisler, danışmanlar, sigortacılar, üreticiler, ürün sağlayıcılar, teknik elemanlar; TÜYAK tarafından düzenlenen bu büyük buluşmanın doğal davetlileridir.

The 4th biannual ‘’Exhibition and Symposium on Fire and Safety‘’ will be held in Istanbul on 4-5 December 2019. The symposium will be held with the support of international and national institutions and with contributions from domestic/foreign university and company representatives.

Participation In Exhibition

1. The standard stand will be delivered as ready-to- use by etix events to the participant company and no additional fee will be charged for this purpose.

2. Power and light connections of the stand will be completed by etix events. (100 watt lighting armature and plug bundle for every 3 m2) 3. The company will be given one rectangular desk

and 2 chairs free of charge.

4. Participant company will be sent as many invitations as the company requests. These invitations are for “visiting the exhibition and following the symposium only” and provide free visit to the event.

5. Information about the participant company will be included in the exhibition catalog.

6. Participant company will be given 5 copies of the proceeding’s Book as flash memory.

7. Information about the participant company will be included in the exhibition catalog, press releases and media kits.

Companies can participate in TUYAK 2019 – International Fire Safety Symposium and Exhibition as Lunch Sponsors, Cocktail Sponsors, Badge Sponsors, Bag Sponsors, Proceeding’s Book Sponsors, Document Kit Sponsors, Website Sponsors, Syposium and Exhibition Guide Sponsors, Course Sympozium Sponsors, Signalization Sponsors and Bag Inside Brochure Sponsors.

1. Sponsor’s logo will be placed on all announcements, brochures, posters, programs, exhibition catalog and invitations.

2. Stage visuals of the sponsor will carry the logo of the sponsoring company.

3. The sponsor company will be given exhibition and symposium invitations as many as requested.

Sponsor will be given 5 copies of proceeding’s Book as flash memory.

5. Advertising supports will be given to sponsors of TUYak symposium and exhibition for sectoral publication magazines.

1. During the symposium for two days will feature two separate lunch invitations.

2. Different companies can sponsor each of the lunch organizations or a single company can sponsor both of the lunch organizations.

3. l unch will be available for bureaucrats, academicians, senior level managers of private companies and speakers.

Desk flags of the sponsoring company will be prepared by themselves and placed on all tables which reserved for lunch.

5. Sponsor companies will be able to privately host 10 of their guests during their sponsorship period.

Participants will need to get tickets for the lunch and sponsor company’s logo will be printed on the ticket.
