ABSTRACT
Turkey has considerable amount of renewable energy potential such as wind, solar, geothermal, biomass and hydro energy sources. Because of expanding utilization rates and economic growing, important of renewable sources have increased day by day. The environmental impacts of renewable energy are different so it is critically evaluation of these impacts. To assessment the environment aspect, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System has classified effects as air, water, and soil sources. According to this classification, Environmental Impacts of Renewable Energy have been analyzed by using multi-criteria decision making methods and determined numerical priorities of energy sources.
