萬芳醫院舉辦「爸爸加油，健康滿分」健康篩檢活動 在一年一度的父親節前夕，萬芳醫院鼓勵身為一家之主的男性 民眾，要多關心自己身體健康，因此特別舉辦「爸爸加油，健 康滿分」健康篩檢活動，關懷並邀請當天社區民眾攜家帶眷一 同參與活動。 根據統計，2012 年與 2011 年相較之 下，北市的男性十大癌症死因攝護腺 癌及食道癌皆上升 1 名；而在男性標 準化死亡率方面也略為增加，其中以 攝護腺癌增加 31.2%為最多，肝癌則 位居第二。因此，今年院方除了有 PSA 攝護腺特異抗原篩檢外，特別又 增加了 4 個項目，分別為肝指數的 GOT、GPT，以及 B、C 肝炎抗原篩 檢。在檢驗費用上至少增加一倍以上，對於社區民眾來說，真的是非常受益的。 【圖：萬芳醫院除了提供 PSA 攝護腺特異抗原篩檢外，還增加了肝指數的 GOT、 GPT，及 B、C 肝炎抗原篩檢 4 個項目】 以回饋及關懷社區的主軸理念下，萬 芳醫院更精心規劃了兩場精彩的衛教 講座，分別由泌尿科溫玉清醫師和消 化內科鄭勝偉醫師主講，現場不僅座 無虛席，連諮詢問答都非常踴躍，並 透過有獎徵答方式增加與現場民眾的 互動。 溫玉清醫師表示，雖然最近攝護腺癌 的問題有日益嚴重的趨勢，但卻並非真的那麼可怕。要如何降低得到攝護腺癌的風 險，可以從幾個簡單的地方開始著手。飲食方面避免食用焦烤或油炸性的食物；而 生活方面則是建議規律且持續的運動，保持開朗的心情，這樣就可以輕鬆降低罹患 攝護腺癌的風險。（文/萬芳醫院）【圖：泌尿科溫玉清醫師進行衛教講座之情 形】
