異黃酮素對於卵巢切除雌性大白鼠具改善血脂及骨質結構的功能

楊惠婷1、黃惠煐2、吳采璇1、黃士懿1 1台北醫學大學 保健營養學研究所 2台北醫學大學 藥學研究所 本研究旨在探討黃豆中異黃酮素對於卵巢切除之成熟雌性大白鼠在血脂調 節以及骨質疏鬆程度方面所造成的影響。實驗以八週大之雌性 Sprauge Dawley 大白鼠為實驗動物,經一週適應及異黃酮素飲食排空期後,施予卵巢切除手術後 進入實驗期。實驗期間餵食含有不同濃度之異黃酮素的飲食配方,一倍 (100mg/day)、三倍及五倍劑量組(n=8),以及控制組二組(分別為切除卵巢組及 假手術組共二組)共計五組。實驗期中每一個月以尾靜脈採集血液檢體。共四個 月,實驗期終了將大白鼠犧牲,採集血液作血脂質及血鈣濃度之生化分析,此外 並取其右大腿股骨作病理組織切片以分析骨質及骨小樑數目,結果顯示與控制組 比較,異黃酮素具有調節血脂之功能,隨著血清中異黃酮素濃度的增加,可有效 降低卵巢切除雌鼠血清三酸甘油酯、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇的濃度,其中以三倍劑 量組最為顯著。在骨質結構方面,隨著異黃酮素攝食劑量的上升,右腿股骨骨小 樑數目增加且具統計意義;實驗組之皮質骨在整個骨骨后端切片組織所佔之面積 亦顯著增加,尤以三倍劑量組最為顯著。由以上結果顯示,卵巢切除之成熟雌性 大白鼠在予以餵食異黃酮素飲食後,對於血脂質調節作用以及改善骨質疏鬆功能 上有顯著的效果。 關鍵字:卵巢切除、異黃酮素、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、骨小樑數目
