TUTUKLAMADAN DOGAN ZARARLARIN GIDERILMES

I- TUTUKLU KALINAN SÜRENIN MAHKÛMIYETTEN MAHSUBU

Com base nos resultados obtidos com a pesquisa, na forma como ela fora concebia, é factível admitir que, o meloxicam e o carprofeno não induziram a efeitos indesejáveis, mostrando-se seguros quando administrados pelas vias testadas. Entretanto, por qualquer uma dessas vias, eles foram ineficazes em inibir a síntese de prostaglandina E2 e o influxo de proteínas para a câmara anterior. A despeito da correlação positiva entre os níveis de prostaglandina E2 e os de proteína, a diminuição de 44% no influxo protéico para a câmara anterior nos animais que receberam carprofeno pela via tópica, sugere que por esta via a substância pode ser útil como adjuvante no manejo da uveíte anterior em cães.
