A manipulação de DNA e as clonagens foram feitas segundo métodos estabelecidos (Sambrook e Russel, 2001). Os plasmídios utilizados e os oligonucleotídeos estão descritos na tabela 1 e 2, respectivamente. Os sequenciamentos foram realizados pelo serviço de sequenciamento do IQ-USP (SSDNA-IQUSP), o preparo das amostras foi realizado segundo protocolo do kit Big Dye Terminator (Applied Biosystem) e a precipitação segundo Sambrook e Russel (2001).
