4.2. Sonuç ve öneriler

 Bu çalışmada bitkinin farklı kısımlarının biyoaktif bileşenleri yaprakta saptan daha fazla bulunmuştur.

 Melisanın fenolik bileşiklerinin ekstraksiyonunda çözgenler içinde metanol ve su, etanole göre daha etkili bulunmuştur. Bundan sonra yapılacak çalışmalarda fenolik bileşiklerin ekstraksiyonu için etkisi yüksek olan bu çözgenler önerilmektedir.

 Hasat zamanının Melisanın biyoaktivitesi üzerine önemli bir etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır.

 Ransimat ve diğer antioksidatif içerik belirleme analiz verilerine dayanarak melisanın yağ sanayinde doğal antioksidan kaynağı olarak kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

 Tezde kullanılan materyal için farklı ekstarksiyon metotları kullanılarak farklı ekstraksiyon koşulları ile ekstrakte edilerek en verimli ektsraksiyon işlemi belirlenebilir.

 Daha ileri bileşen tanımlama teknikleri ile hasat zamanının bitkinin majör bileşikleri ve antioksidan özelliğe sahip bileşenleri üzerine etkisi tespit edilebilir.

izolatlar halinde ede edilerek bu izolatların bitkisel yağların oksidatif stabilitesi üzerine etkisi incelenebilir.
