5.2 ÖNERİLER

 8 hafta haftada 2 antrenman yerine haftada 3 veya 4 antrenman yaparak aynı çalıĢma tekrar uygulanabilir.

 Sporcunun basketbol ile ilgili geçmiĢi, deneyimi ve teknik özellikleri teknik testlerde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. ÇalıĢmalar daha deneyimli sporcularla tekrarlanabilir.

 ÇalıĢmalar genç takım ya da bölgesel lig takımlarında daha fazla yüklenmelerle ve ağırlıklarla çalıĢmaya olanak sağlar.

 ÇalıĢmada ölçülecek testler sporcuların geliĢim özelliklerine göre seçilmesi ve analiz edilmesi çalıĢmanın daha verimli olmasını sağlar.
