3 Su hayatın kaynağı, yaşamın iksiridir. Tüm medeniyetlerde su, içerisinde mistik bir arıtma gücü barındıran, saflığın, bilgeliğin sembolüdür.
Ab- ı hayat; ölümsüzlük suyu, damlaları sonsuz hayat bağışlayan tatlı ve lezzetli su anlamındadır. Tarih boyunca çeşmeler, sebiller, hamamlar, şadırvanlar, sarnıçlar, ayazmalar, su yolları ve su kemerleri bu medeniyetin eserleri olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. İşte bu nedenlerle oluşturduğumuz su medeniyeti koleksiyonumuza suya hürmet, saygının ifadesi olarak Ab- Hayat koleksiyonu adını verdik.
Adell Armatür; sürdürülebilir bir sosyal sorumluluk projesi olarak toplumda su kullanım bilincini geliştirmek, geçmişten günümüze su medeniyeti ve hamam kültürünü tanıtmak için su medeniyetimize ilişkin tarihi eserlerin koleksiyonunu yapmakta, su tasarrufu ve su yönetimi konusunda eğitim ve seminerler düzenlemekte ve sergiler açmaktadır.
Adell Armatür koleksiyonun bir bölümü 2009 Dünya Su Forumunda sergilenmiştir. İstanbul 2010 Avrupa Kültür başkenti etkinlikleri kapsamında Türk Ve İslam Eserleri Müzesiyle beraber “ Ab- ı Hayat Geçmişten Günümüze İstanbul’ da Su Ve Su Kültürü” sergisi yapılmıştır. 2011 yılında II. Uluslararası İstanbul Su forumunda “ Kaynaktan Damacanaya”
sergisi, 2011Tüyap Unicera fuarında “ Osmanlı’
da Yıkanma Geleneği- Hamam” sergisi, 2012 yılında Tüyap Unicera fuarında “ Suyla Yaşamak” sergisi, 2012 yılında Tüyap Yapı fuarında “ Suyun Yarenleri” sergisi açılmıştır.
Adell Armatür 2012 yılında İTÜ ve Dünya Tarihi Su birliği işbirliğiyle düzenlenen “ Eski Medeniyetlerde Su” Uluslararası konferansı organizasyon komitesinde yer almış ve konferansta 3 bildiri sunmuştur.
Sizi, iki bin yıllık büyülü Anadolu Su Medeniyeti Koleksiyonu dünyasını keşfetmeye davet ediyoruz.

Water is the life, the elixir of life. Water, having the power of purification and cleaning, is the symbol of purity, simplicity and wisdom in all civilizations. Ab-ı Hayat , the water of immortality, means sweet and fresh water whose drops give an endless life. Fountains, hamams (Turkish public baths), ‘şadırvan’ (a fountain used for ritual ablutions), cisterns, water canals and aqueducts have risen as the artifacts of this civilization throughout history.
That’s why we named our collection of water civilization as “Ab-ı Hayat ” as an expression of tribute and respect to water.
Adell Armatür collects historical artifacts related to our water civilization as a sustainable social responsibility project in order to improve public awareness about water, introduce the water civilization and hamam culture from past to present, bring the values sinking into oblivion to light. It also organizes trainings and seminars, and holds exhibitions on water saving and water management.
Some parts of the Adell Armatür collection were exhibited at the World Water Forum, in 2009. The exhibition “Ab-I Hayat Geçmişten Günümüze İstanbul’da Su ve Su Kültürü ” was held within the İstanbul 2010, European Capital of Culture events. The exhibition
“Kaynaktan Damacanaya” was held at the 3rd İstanbul International Water Forum in 2011;
“Osmanlı’da Yıkanma Geleneği – Hamam”
was held at Tüyap Unicera Fair in 2011; “Suyla Yaşamak” was held at the Tüyap Unicera Fair in 2012; and lastly “Suyun Yarenleri” was held at the Tüyap Construction Fear in 2012.
Adell Armatür took part in the organization committee of the International Conference on
“Eski Medeniyetlerde Su ” and presented 3 declarations at the conference.

Kalıp işimizin temeli ve başlangıcıdır. Üstün kali- te, ancak iyi tasarlanmış ve profesyonelce üretil- miş kalıp ile üretilebilir.
Kalıp geliştirilmesi en hassas CNC tezgâhlar kullanılarak yapılmaktadır.
Bilgisayar ortamında üç boyutlu Unigraphix CAD-CAM programları kullanılarak tasarlanan maça, döküm ve sıcak şekillendirme kalıpları, çelik bloğun yüksek has- sasiyette mikron mikron kesilmesiyle elde edilir.
Kalıp haline gelen çelik ısıl işleme tabi tutularak taslak dökümüne hazır haline gelir.
Mould is the base and the start-up phase of our work. High quality can only be produced with well-designed and pro- fessionally taken moulds.
Mould developing is processed using the most precision CNC work- benches. Core, casting and hot working moulds, designed using the 3D Unigraphix CAD-CAM programs in computer environment, are made by cutting the steel blocks in microns with high precision. The steel molded becomes ready for draft casting with heat treatment.
Taslaklar, döküm ve sıcak şekillendirme/pres olarak iki yöntemle üretilir.
Döküm için öncelikle kum hazırlama makine- lerinde reçine, silis kumu ve uygun katalist ve kimyasallarla yaş olarak karıştırılarak elde edilen kum karışımları teknolojik İtalyan otomatik maça makinelerinde maçalar haline getirilir. Batarya içindeki su kanalları bu yolla elde edilir. Yüksek sıcaklıkta elektrikli indük- siyon ocaklarında eritilen üstün kalite pirinç külçe- ler, döküm makinelerinde içine maçalar yerleştiril- miş olan kalıplara döküle- rek taslak üretilir.
Drafts are produced in two different ways:
casting and hot working/
press. Sand mixtures, obtained by mixing the green sand with resin, si- lica sand and appropriate catalyst and chemicals in sand preparation mac- hines, are formed into cores in the automatic coremaking machines of Italian technology. Water grooves in the faucets are created in this way.
Draft is produced by casting high qualified ingot brasses, melted in the electric induction furnaces with high tem- perature, into the moulds placed in the casting machines as cores.

ISO 9001 Kalite yönetim sistemleri içeri- sinde yürütülmekte olan üretimin her aşamasın- da ve montaj esnasında sıkı bir kalite kontrol prosedürü uygulanır.
Drafts, whose runners are cut and whose burrs are taken off, are processed on CNC controlled benches, in the automatic transfer machines which carry out all operations named as mechanic operations such as turning, drilling, thre- ad cutting and screw cutting. A strict quality control procedure is applied at all phases of production performed within ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and during montage.

Kaplama, yüzeylerini korozyona ve mekanik etkilere karşı korur ve estetik bir görünüm kazandırır, banyo ve mutfak mekanlarındaki diğer aksesuarlarla bütünleşmesini sağlar Ayrıca, siyah ve be- yaz yüzeylere sahip seçeneklerde mimari tarzlara seçenek oluş- turmaktadır.
Product surfaces are the elements on whi- ch we lay too much stress as they are a kind of last clothing of our products. Coating protects the surfaces from corrosion and mechanical effects, gives the surfaces an aesthetical appe- arance and enables them to harmonize with other accessories in kitchen compart- ments. In addition, the options with black and white surfaces offer alternatives for different architectural styles.

Montajları tamamlanan ürünler yüksek hassasiyetli test cihazlarında %100 sız- dırmazlık, fonksiyonellik ve basınca dayanıklılık test- lerine tabi tutulur. Şık ve güzel tasarlanmış, çevreci ambalajı ile ürünlerimiz satış noktalarında müşteri- lerimizi güler yüzle karşılar, benzerlerinden ayrışır.

Each part is picked and scaled carefully with this approach. The product is mounted by assembling the product body with the parts such as cartridge, lever, aerator and screw.
