VENOUS STRUCTURES OF THE ANTEROLATERAL NECK

ANTERIOR JUGULAR VEIN: drains the ant.aspect of the neck- drains into subclavian vein

EXTERNAL JUGULAR VEIN: formed by post. Auricular v.

+retromandibular v.-drains into subclavian v .

INTERNAL JUGULAR VEIN -begins in the cranium as the continuation of the sigmoid sinus-jugular foramen-neck-

joins the subclavian vein to form the brachiocephalic vein

Collects venous blood from facial, lingual, pharyngeal, occipital, sup.

Thyroid,middle thyroid veins

We report a case of a spontaneous cervical hematoma due to internal jugular vein erosion in deep neck abscess..

Because of the serpentine course of LACV in our patient, with many hairpin turns and branches draining into the bilateral pulmonary veins, transvenous coil occlusion was

Venous duplex ultrasound of the right lower extremity showed no thrombosis in the external iliac vein to the level of the calf and involving the right lower external iliac,

[3,5] The term phlebectasia differs from an aneurysm that the former has a homogenous fusiform dilatation of the whole length of the vein rather than a localized

Neck veins such as external jugular vein (EJV) and common facial vein (CFV) should be considered as an alternative patch material in CEA operations in patients

We presented the first case of 4 years old patient with a parotid region lymphangioma descending to level II with a spinal accessory nerve passing through the fenestrated

If we are talking about the CORDIC so CORDIC is kind of application specific processing unit which is mostly design for high end graphics processing units as there are two type
