Written Warning

This is to inform the veterinarian or the persons within the
scope of this Regulation in writing that he / she should have
more regular attitude and behavior when applying his / her
profession and in his / her relations with his / her colleagues.

The acts and conditions requiring written warning are
Fine
• Acts and circumstances that require the fine are indicated in 19 Articles in the Regulation (Articles 116 – 3(b) 1-19).
• XX Both written warning and fine penalties are imposed by the
disciplinary committees of the chambers and if there is no objection, it is executed immediately.
• If there is objection, this case will be the subject of the High Council of Honour of the TVMA and is re-evaluated then finalized.
• Acts and situations requiring prohibition from execution (from 15 days to 6 months) are directly evaluated by the High Council of

1) To perform his profession without being registered to the chamber of the region
where he works
2) Deliberately do improper treatment or cause economic loss
3) Not to inform animal diseases which he has to report to related authorities 4) Failure to comply with rules to combat epidemics
5) To participate in animal torture or abuse
6) Not to do responsibilities related to the production, protection and consumption of
