麩醯胺對敗血症小鼠器官損傷及存活率之影響 胡雅梅 李正中 葉松鈴

本研究探討於敗血症 (sepsis)時,由靜脈注射給予單一劑量麩醯胺 (glutamine, GLN)對敗血症所引起的器官損傷及存活率之影響。實驗將雄性 ICR 小白鼠分為三 組,一組為控制組 (NC 組)不誘發敗血症,兩組實驗組皆以盲腸結紮及穿刺手術 誘發敗血症後,一組由尾靜脈注射每公斤體重0.75 克的 GLN (SG 組),另一組注 射等量生理食鹽水作對照 (SS 組),於誘發敗血症後 1, 6, 18, 48 小時犧牲,取全血 及肝、腎、肺組織進行分析並觀察存活率。結果顯示48 小時存活率 SG 組為 67﹪,

而SS 組為 20﹪;組織過氧化傷害方面,敗血症後給予 GLN 在 6、18 小時可降低 各組織骨髓過氧化酶活性、組織脂質過氧化物TBARS 濃度以及 nitrotyrosine 生成 量,此外SG 組在 18 小時肺組織中促細胞凋亡蛋白質 caspase3 活性顯著低於 SS 組,故敗血症後給予單一劑量GLN 注射可減少因敗血症引致之組織損傷並增加 存活率。
