尿 路 結 石 之 護 理 指 導
1. 大量飲水，一天至少攝取 3000-4000cc.的水份。
2. 請勿養成憋尿習慣，因為容易造成尿路結石的形成。
3. 尿路結石病人應遵從醫師指示，按時服用藥物。
4. 尿酸結石患者，應盡量避免食用內臟、香腸、蘆筍、蘑菇及糙米類的食品。
5. 尿路結石患者，應減少牛奶、乳酪、咖啡、紅茶、菠菜、蝦、沙丁魚、巧克力 及草莓等食物之攝取。
6. 長期臥床的病人應協助其定時翻身與活動，一旦發現有泌尿道感染之問題時，
應及早接受治療。
7.於急性發作時接受急診醫療處置後，日後仍需再至泌尿科門診繼續追蹤。
