Teorik perspektif ve metodoloji altında bu ders, öncelikle Türkiye’de ve farklı ülkelerde yeniden yapılanma biçimlerini ve uygulamalarını içermektedir. Aynı zamanda Türk Kamu Yönetimi koşulları altında yeniden yapılanmanın etkileri de analiz edilmekte ve değerlendirilmektedir.

Including theoretical perspective and metholody, this course is based on primarily arrengements of re-organization and implementation in Turkey and other countries. It is also analysed and evaluated the effects of re-organization on the Turkish Public Administration.

Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilere araştırmacı ve sorgulayıcı bir nitelik kazandırmaktır. Dersin içeriği, araştırma kavramı ve araştırma çeşitleri, araştırmaların planlanması, verilerin elde edilmesi, verilerin analizi ve raporlaştırılmasından oluşmaktadır.

The relationship between science of administration and behavioral science. The social dimension of technological development. Psychology of organization and administration. The classical and contemporary approaches to administration and the main researches. The participation to administration in the organizations: the definition, content, issues, benefits and problems and participation types. The analysiş of individuality and individual variation.
The motivation in the organization: definition and motivation theories. The team management in the organizations: definitions of team, tool, and group, and their formation process, benefits and costs, the condition of successful, the team concept in the public sector. The relationship and communication between individuals: the communication in the working place and types of communication. The management of conflict: the reasons and dynamics of conflict in the organizations and their types. Leadership: approaches, differences between leader and manager.

Bu dersin amacı; genel olarak tüm yönetim, özel olarak kamu yönetiminde sözkonusu olan gelişmeler ile uygulanan ve/veya tartışılan çağdaş yönetim modellerine ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgi vermektir. Bu dersin içeriğinde, yönetim biliminin gelişim süreci ve özellikleri ile modern yönetim modelleri ayrıntılı bir biçimde yer almaktadır.

The sturcture of the local governments is not independence from the socio-political structure and economic systems at the national scale. This course with different examples of local governments helps to students to understand the general framework of the local governments in Turkey. In this course, first, the local governments structure, its functions, the representational mode and the relationship with the central state during the modern state and pre-modern state era will be introduced. After that, the local governments of different countries will be comparatively analyzed according to their administrative and political structure, the mode of their representation, center-local relationship.
