行動化醫療人員線上持續教育平台之評估和探討

The Research and Discussion of Mobilized Online Continuing Education Platform for Medical Professionals

本篇論文以手機簡訊傳送線上教育課程,建構一行動化醫療人員線上持續教育 系統。網路新科技不斷的推陳出新,不論電子郵件、網路留言等,不受時間、空

間限制,逐漸成為另一種溝通的模式。不過人是行動的,無法24 小時使用電腦

及網路。但手機可以隨身攜帶,雖然它的傳輸頻寬不大,但重點示的傳送線上課 程簡訊,行動化的即時溝通,使學習者隨時與線上課程平台保時聯繫,將資訊 科技提升至網路線上學習,突破被動式的網路線上學習,建構主動化的網路線 上學習模式。傳統的學習方式是老師站在台上教導,學生在台下抄筆記,教學步 調大致上取決於老師;而網路線上學習的方式則沒有老師,學習者所面對的是 電腦,學習步調則決於學員自己,也意味著學習者對自己的學習有更多的主導 權,但為被動式的網路學習模式。

英文摘要

This article (study) is to construct a mobile e-learning system for medical

professionals through the delivery of SMS service. No matter what the mobile phone, email, or BBS, Internet technology renews speedily without limitation of time or space and has become another important model of communication. To integrate mobile phone into e-learning system is an active learning model. Traditionally, teachers will give their lectures on the platform and students will take notes from their seats, the tempo basically is subject to the teachers; however, in e-learning system, there is no teacher dominates, what students face is the computer, and students will decide their own learning tempo, which means students will possess more

predominance on their studies. Internet gradually changes the operation in our work, life style, even in education and has developed a new feature. The delivery of

knowledge is no longer restricted by time or space. E-learning may not completely replace traditional learning methods; however its impact on traditional learning methods is not resistible.
