行動化醫療人員線上持續教育平台之評估和探討

 中文摘要

 本篇論文以手機簡訊傳送線上教育課程,建構一行動化醫 療人員線上持續教育系統。網路新科技不斷的推陳出新,

不論電子郵件、網路留言等,不受時間、空間限制,逐漸

成為另一種溝通的模式。不過人是行動的,無法 24 小時

使用電腦及網路。但手機可以隨身攜帶,雖然它的傳輸頻

寬不大,但重點示的傳送線上課程簡訊,行動化的即時溝

通,使學習者隨時與線上課程平台保時聯繫,將資訊科技

提升至網路線上學習,突破被動式的網路線上學習,建構

主動化的網路線上學習模式。傳統的學習方式是老師站在

台上教導,學生在台下抄筆記,教學步調大致上取決於老

師;而網路線上學習的方式則沒有老師,學習者所面對的

是電腦,學習步調則決於學員自己,也意味著學習者對自

己的學習有更多的主導權,但為被動式的網路學習模式。

The Research and Discussion of Mobilized Online Continuing Education Platform for Medical Professionals

英文摘要

This article (study) is to construct a mobile e-learning system for medical p

rofessionals through the delivery of SMS service. No matter what the mobi

le phone, email, or BBS, Internet technology renews speedily without limit

ation of time or space and has become another important model of commu

nication. To integrate mobile phone into e-learning system is an active lear

ning model. Traditionally, teachers will give their lectures on the platform

and students will take notes from their seats, the tempo basically is subject

to the teachers; however, in e-learning system, there is no teacher dominate

s, what students face is the computer, and students will decide their own le

arning tempo, which means students will possess more predominance on th

eir studies. Internet gradually changes the operation in our work, life style,

even in education and has developed a new feature. The delivery of knowle

dge is no longer restricted by time or space. E-learning may not completely

replace traditional learning methods; however its impact on traditional lear

ning methods is not resistible.
