n Hastalannda Serum Seruloplazmin Tipi si ve Baz1 Biyokimyasal Degerler

kadm, onbir'i erkek toplam otuzbir Hodgkin hastas1 ara~t1rmaya al1nm1~1ir. Kontrol grubu ile linfd11amdla, Hodgkin hastalannda serum serUioplazmin (Cp). Bak1r (Cu), Magnezyum (Mg) degerlerinin Cinko (Zn) ve Demir (Fe) degerlerinin ise dO~tligO tesbit edilmi~lir (P<001). Alkalen fosfataz (ALP) J"5110nden onemli bir lark bulunmam1~br (P>.05). Hodgkin'li hastalarda serum Cp tipleri gen frekanslan CpA iGin0.3226, CpB iGin 0.6774 oldugu hesaplanm1~1ir. Bu hastalarda CpA tipinin normallere gore

bulundugu gozlenmi~tir.

Activity of Ceruloplasmin and Some Biochemical Parameters in Hodgkin's Disease

A total of 31 patients wilh Hodgkin's disease, 11 males and 20 females. were included in the study. The JCIIIruiOJ:>Iasmiin (Cp) activity and the amounts of serum Cu and Mg were increased whereas serum Zn and Fe significantly in patients compared with the controls (P<.001). Alkaline phosphatase activity, however, no change (P>.05). The gene frequencies of ceruloplasmin variants of Hodgkin's disease were calculated as for CpA and 0.6774 for CpB, and the types of CpA had a higher gene frequencies.

Hodgkin hastalannda, hastahg1n aktivitesini degerlendirmede mikroskopik, klinik, radyolojik ~~~malann yan1s1ra baz1 biyokimyasaltetkiklerde gozl:lnOnde bulundurulmaktadlr. T hiicre neoplazilerine klasik bir omek olarak gosterilen Hodgkin hatahg1nda serum Cu, Cp seviyeleri, ALP, fibrinojen, Zn, Fe degerlerine ail ~ah~malar yap1lm1~11r

(9-12,14,17,20,24). Biyopsi ile ispaUanm1~ 100 ki~ilik bir Hodgkin hastahg1 ~~~~mas1nda, hastahg~n derecesi ile Cp konsantrasyonu aras1nda bir ili~ki oldugu gesterilmi~ , enfeksiyonun yoklugunda Cp degerlerinin yuksekliginin gizli , aktif bir Hodgkin hastaiiQinl dO~OndOrebilecegi belirtilmi~tir (24).

Serum Cp tipi ve aktivitesini tayininin, aynca serum Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg , Alp degerlerinin oi~OmOnun Hodgkin'li hastalarda tedavi ile ili~kisi dikkate al~nmakSIZin nas1l bir degi~me gosterdigini incelemek amac1yla bu ~ah~ma planlanm1~hr. BOylece hastahg~n aktif donemlerin ortaya konulup konulmayacag1, klinik takip ve tedavilere yOn verilip verilmeyecegi incelermek istenmi~tir.

Materyal ve Metod

(fah~am1za Ankara Onkoloji Hastanesi'ne gelen 22 hasta ve Erciyes Oniversitesi T1p FakOitesi Dahiliye-Pediatri Anabilim Dallanna ba~vuran Hodgkin tan1s1 konmu~ 9 hasta olmak Ozere toplam 31 ki~i ahnd1. Kontrol grubu olarak Oniversitemiz lip fakOitesi ogrencileri ve ogretim elemanlanndan oz-soyge~mi~inde bu hastahk bulunmayan 45 saghkh ki~i se(jildi. Kan ornekleri disposible enjektorle ahnd1 ve serumlar deiyonize !Oplere aynlarak derin sogutucuda -20°C de sakland1.

Hasta ve kontrol gruplannda serun Cp aktivitesi ve fipi (13,19,-23) , Cu, Zn, Fe, Mg (15), AlP (4) miktarlan tayin edildi. lstatistik analiz t testi ile yap1ld1.

Poliakrilamid jel elektroforezi ile belirtedigimiz serum Cp liplerinin standartlan Mohrerweiser H.W (The University of Mihigan Medical School) (CpA, Cp~. CpC, CpAB, CpAC, CpBC, CpNH) taraf~ndan gonderildi. Cp tiplerinin gen frekanslan, belirlenen tip say1lanndan hesapl~md1 (7).

Bulgular

Hodgkin hastalann~n 111 erkek, 20'si kadm olmak Ozere toplam 31 ki~idir (Tabla 1).

Tartl§ma

Hodgkin hastalannda yap1lan <;:ah~malarda serum Cp aktivitesi, Cu, Mg dOzeyleri artmakta, Zn ve Fe dOzeyleri azalmaktad1r (2,6,8, 1 0·12, 20,24).

({avdar ve arkada§lan TOrkiye'deki Hodgkin hastalannda yapt1klan <;:ah§malarda eritrosit ve sa<;:ta da Zn degerlerini dO§Ok bulmu§lardlr. Tedaviden sonra degerlerde yOkselme gozlenmi~tir. Tedaviden once yOksek alan serum Cu degeri tedavi ile (hastahg1n duraklama devresinde) kontrol degerlerine dO§mO§IOr (3). Bizim bulgulanm1zda da hastalann serum Cp, Cu, Mg, Zn ve Fe dOzeyleri bu <;:ah§malarla uyum gostermekledir (Tabla Ill).
