龍眼單寧成份研究

中文摘要

單寧(Tannin,鞣質),係屬於多酚類物質,基於能和蛋白質結合的性質,常 使單寧

具有如抗發炎,腫瘍,降低urea nitrogen(BUN),血糖,血壓等多樣性之生 理活性

。台灣資源豐富,水果種類繁多,四季均有,尤其是某些水果類植物中單寧成份 含量

豐富,很值得加以探討與應用。

龍眼(Euphoria longan(Lour.)Steud)為無患子科(Sapindaceae)植物,主產

兩廣,福建,台灣等地。其葉,根,花,殼,種子均可供藥用,但用在漢方的多 為龍

眼肉,主治虛勞,贏弱,驚悸。為了能提高其它部份之利用價值,我們針對龍眼 中單

寧成份進行研究。

從龍眼中經由各種chromatography 分離,純化出七種成份,經光譜分析及化學 反應之

證明,分別是:Gallic Acid(I),Corilagin(II),Acetonylgeraniin isomer(

III,IV).Chcbulagic Acid(V),Epicatechin(VI),及 Procyanidin B-2

(V

II)。其中 III,IV 為第一次被成對分離,構造決定之。
