E-SECURITY SCHOOL POLICY AND RULES
PURPOSE:
● Yavuz Selim Secondary School, aims to protect students ,parents and teachers while using internet, smart board, computer, laptop and mobile phones with e -security studies.
● Since the Internet and technology are an important part of life, everyone should be made aware of how to manage risks and learn strategies.
● Our policy is designed for administrators, teachers, parents, all staff and students and applies to internet access and use of information communication devices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● To contribute to the development of e-security policies.
● Taking responsibility for professional development in the positive learning stage.
● To take responsibility for e-security in order to protect the school and its contents.
● To use technology safely and responsibly.
● In case of damage, observe the danger and transmit to the relevant units.
SCHOOL SITE:
● Yavuz Selim Ortaokulu website contains the address, telephone, fax and e-mail addresses of our school.
● After the approval of our school principal, all content published on our site is put on the site by the IT department.
● The website of our school is the responsibility of our IT department and strong security measures have been taken.

SHARING IMAGES AND VIDEOS:
● All shared photos and videos are shared with the permission and approval of the school administration in accordance with school policy.
● Parents' permission is taken for all student-sharing.
● In addition to the parents' permission, the photograph is not taken and used without the permission of the student.
USERS:
●Before a video that will be prepared by the students is prepared, the students who are assigned to this should get permission from their teachers.
● In all shared student-based activities, parents' consent must be obtained prior to the event.
● Video conferencing will take place through official and approved sites. Users may not share images of school students and employees in their personal social media accounts without approval by the school authorities.
CONTENT:
● Video conferencing will take place on sites where all users can participate.
● Communication with other schools must be established before video conferencing.
● All content involving / involving students and staff of the school will only be open to sharing after passing through the control and approval process.
SAFE USE OF THE INTERNET AND IT DEVICES:
● Internet; While it has become one of the most important tools in accessing information, we can connect it to the curriculum in the school and provide our students and teachers with the right information in the safest way.
● We have integrated our internet access according to the age and abilities of our students.
● We have secured all our IT devices in accordance with our usage policy by making necessary filters. All our employees, parents and students were informed about the use of effective and efficient online materials.
● E-security and cyber bullying issues have been included in the annual plans of certain courses, and information on these issues continues throughout the year.
● Online materials are an important part of teaching and learning and are actively used within the curriculum.
● The 11th of February secure internet day is celebrated in our school.
●Our school fully follows the security procedures in accordance with the 5651 law, SOPHOS applications HARDWARE FIREWALL and ANTIVIRUS application with a corporate structure are used.
● In addition, the HOTSPOT security measure for wi-fi is included. Although it requires an additional user name and password after the password entry, it is also a system that requires the user's mac address to be registered to the system.
USE OF MOBILE PHONES AND PERSONAL DEVICES:
● It is forbidden for students to use personal mobile phones during school hours. The students who hand over their mobile phones to the assistant manager during the day take their phones back in the evening.
● Students who do not deliver their mobile phones to the management and take videos or photographs with their mobile phones in the school are subject to the provisions of the Law and the Award and Disciplinary provisions of the Regulation on Secondary Education
Institutions.
● The responsibility for any personal devices lies with the person himself.
● Our school does not accept negative health and legal responsibilities arising from the use of such devices.
● Our school takes all necessary measures to protect personal mobile phones and
information devices from loss, theft and damage, but it is the responsibility of the person.
● The students of our school can use the phones of the school under the supervision of a school administrator when they need to call their parents.
● Our students must obtain permission from the school administration to use their personal devices for educational purposes (use of web 2 tools, etc.).
● Our parents are informed that they should not interview their students during school hours. If there are compulsory situations, they should be allowed to interview with the permission of the school administration.
● Our students are informed that they should only share their mobile phone numbers with trusted people and not share their personal information such as mobile phones with people they do not know.
● Employees (teachers, supervisors, staff, etc.) should continue their duties by muting or turning off their personal mobile phones during class hours.
● Disciplinary proceedings are initiated if employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.) act contrary to school policy.
● Employees of the institution (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.) and students have the legal responsibility of any content and messaging that will be sent or sent by the students or employees of the institution via social media or chat programs. shared. E-SECURITY TRAINING:
● The e-security curriculum for the students is added to the annual plans of the related courses and the students are informed about these issues. All users' internet usage is monitored by the data processing unit.
● This information has been communicated to all users.
● Guidance teachers apply peer education to improve online safety in line with the needs of our students.
● Students who use technology positively will be rewarded.
● The online security policy will be officially announced to all our employees.
● 11 February Secure Internet Day is celebrated in our school. We will have panel works and social media sharing in school corridors and classrooms for this day.
E-ONLINE EVENTS AND CONSERVATION:
● All members of our school will be informed about online risks. Trainings will be held and the contents will be explained.
● In our school, informative activities are carried out on issues such as illegal content, security breach, cyber bullying, sexual messaging, child abuse and personal information security.
● February 11 Secure Internet Day is celebrated.
● All complaints about misuse of internet, information technologies and equipment in our school will be reported to the school principal.
● All members of our school are advised to act in accordance with official school rules to eliminate privacy and security concerns.
● The school is responsible for taking necessary actions in case of any problems.
● Employees (teachers, administrators, staff, etc.), parents and students should work together with the school to solve problems.

E-GÜVENLİK OKUL POLİTİKASI ve KURALLARI
AMAÇ:
● Yavuz Selim Ortaokulu, e-güvenlik çalışmalarıyla internet, akıllı tahta, bilgisayar, diz üstü bilgisayar ve cep telefonlarını kullanırken öğrencilerin, velilerin ve öğretmenlerin
korunmasını amaç edinmiştir.
● İnternetin ve teknolojinin yaşamın önemli bir parçası olması sebebiyle herkes riskleri yönetme ve strateji geliştirme yöntemlerinin öğrenilmesi konusunda bilinçlendirilmelidir.
● Politikamız; yöneticiler, öğretmenler, veliler, tüm personel ve öğrenciler için hazırlanmış olup internet erişimi ve bilgi iletişim cihazlarının kullanımı için geçerlidir.
SORUMLULUKLAR:
● E-güvenlik politikalarının gelişmesine katkıda bulunmak.
● Olumlu öğrenme aşamasında mesleki gelişim için sorumluluk almak.
● Okulu ve içerisindekileri korumak için e-güvenlik konusunda sorumluluk almak.
● Teknolojiyi güvenli ve sorumlu kullanmak.
● Zarar görülmesi durumunda tehlikeyi gözlemleyip ilgili birimlere iletmek.
OKUL WEB SİTESİ:
● Yavuz Selim Ortaokulu olarak web sitemizde okulumuzun adres, telefon, fax ve e-posta adres bilgileri bulunmaktadır.
● Sitemizde yayınlanan tüm içerikler okul müdürümüzün onayından geçtikten sonra bilgi işlem birimi tarafından siteye konulmaktadır.
● Okulumuzun web sitesi bilgi işlem birimimizin sorumluluğunda olup güçlü güvenlik önlemleri alınmış durumdadır.
● Öğrenci çalışmaları , velilerinin izinleriyle yayınlanmaktadır.
GÖRÜNTÜ VE VİDEOLARIN PAYLAŞIMI:
● Paylaşılan tüm fotoğraf ve videolar okul politikasına uygun şekilde okul idaresinin izni ve onayı ile paylaşılmaktadır.
● Öğrenci içerikli tüm paylaşımlarda velilerin izinleri alınmaktadır.
● Veli izni yanında öğrencinin de izni olmadan fotoğrafı çekilip kullanılmamaktadır.
KULLANICILAR:
● Öğrenciler tarafından hazırlanacak olan bir video henüz hazırlanmadan önce bununla ilgili görev alan öğrenciler, öğretmenlerinden izin almalıdır.
● Paylaşılan tüm öğrenci bazlı etkinliklerde, etkinlik öncesinde velilerin izinleri alınmalıdır.
● Video konferans, resmi ve onaylanmış siteler aracılığıyla yapılacaktır. Kullanıcılar, şahsi sosyal medya hesaplarında, okul öğrencileri ve çalışanlarının yer aldığı görselleri, okul yetkili mercileri tarafından onaylanmadan paylaşamazlar.
İÇERİK:
● Video konferans, tüm kullanıcıların katılabileceği siteler üzerinden yapılacaktır.
● Video konferans yapılmadan önce diğer okullarla iletişim kurulmuş olması gerekmektedir.
● Okulun öğrenci ve çalışanlarını ilgilendiren, içinde bulunduran tüm içerik, ancak kontrol ve onay süreçlerinden geçtikten sonra paylaşıma açık hale gelecektir.
İNTERNETİN VE BİLİŞİM CİHAZLARININ GÜVENLİ KULLANIMI:
● İnternet; bilgiye ulaşmakta en önemli araçlardan biri haline gelmişken bunu okuldaki müfredat ile ilişkilendirerek doğru bilgiye en güvenli şekilde öğrencilerimizi ve
öğretmenlerimizi ulaştırabiliyoruz.
● İnternet erişimlerimizi öğrencilerimizin yaşlarına ve yeteneklerine göre entegre etmiş durumdayız.
● Tüm okulumuza ait bilişim cihazlarımızı kullanım politikamıza uygun şekilde, gerekli filtrelemeleri yaparak güvenli hale getirmiş durumdayız. Tüm çalışanlarımız, velilerimiz ve öğrencilerimiz etkili ve verimli çevirimiçi metaryellerin kullanımı konusunda
bilgilendirilmiştir.
● E-güvenlik ve siber zorbalık konuları belli derslerimizin yıllık planlarına dahil edilmiş olup,öğrencilere bu konulardaki bilgi aktarımı yıl içinde devam etmektedir.
● Çevirimiçi materyaller öğretme ve öğrenmenin önemli bir parçası olup müfredat içinde aktif olarak kullanılmaktadır.
● 11 Şubat güvenli internet günü okulumuzda kutlanmaktadır.
CEP TELEFONLARI VE KİŞİSEL CİHAZLARIN KULLANIMI:
● Okul saatleri içinde öğrencilerimizin kişisel cep telefonu kullanımı yasaktır. Gündüz cep telefonlarını müdür yardımcısına teslim eden öğrenciler akşam çıkış saatinde telefonlarını müdür yardımcısından teslim alırlar.
● Cep telefonunu yönetime teslim etmeyen ve cep telefonu ile okul içerisinde video ya da fotoğraf çeken öğrencilere yasaların ve Ortaöğretim Kurumları Yönetmeliğinin Ödül ve Disiplin maddeleri gereği işlem yapılmaktadır.
● Her türlü kişisel cihazların sorumluluğu kişinin kendisine aittir.
● Okulumuz bu tür cihazların kullanımından doğacak olumsuz sağlık ve yasal sorumlulukları kabul etmez.
● Okulumuz kişisel cep telefonlarının ve bilişim cihazlarının kayıp, çalınma ve hasardan korunması için gerekli tüm önlemleri alır fakat sorumluluk kişiye aittir.
● Okulumuz öğrencileri, velilerini aramaları gerektiği durumlarda okula ait olan telefonları bir okul idarecisi gözetiminde kullanabilirler.
● Öğrencilerimiz eğitim amaçlı (web 2 araçlarının kullanımı vb) kişisel cihazlarını kullanmak için okul yönetiminden izin almalıdır.
● Velilerimiz okul saatleri içerisinde öğrencileriyle görüşme yapmamaları gerektiği
konusunda bilgilendirilirler. Eğer zorunlu haller var ise okul yönetiminden izin alarak görüşme yapmaları sağlanmalıdır.
● Öğrencilerimiz cep telefon numaralarını yalnızca güvenilir kişilerle paylaşmaları, tanımadıkları ve güvenilir bulmadıkları kişilerle cep telefonu gibi kişisel bilgilerini paylaşmamaları gerektiği konusunda bilinçlendirilmektedirler.
● Çalışanlar (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb) kişisel cep telefonlarını ders saatlerinde sessize alarak ya da kapatarak görevlerine devam etmelidir.
● Çalışanlar (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb) okul politikasına aykırı davranışlarda bulunursa disiplin işlemleri başlatılır.
● Kurum çalışanları (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb) ve öğrenciler sosyal medya ya da sohbet programları üzerinden öğrenci ya da kurum çalışanlarından gelecek olan ya da kendilerinin gönderecekleri her türlü içerik ve mesajlaşmanın hukuki sorumluluğunu taşımaktadır, uygunsuz olabilecek her türlü içerik ve mesajlaşma ivedilikle okul yönetimi ile paylaşılır.
Böyle bir duruma mahal vermemek için gereken önlemler alınır.
E-GÜVENLİK EĞİTİMİ:
● Öğrenciler için e-güvenlik müfredatı ilgili dersler yıllık planlara eklendikten sonra öğrenciler bu konularda bilgilendirilir.
● Tüm kullanıcıların internet kullanımları bilgi işlem birimi tarafından takip edilmektedir. Bu bilgi tüm kullanıcılara iletilmiştir.
● Öğrencilerimizin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda çevirimiçi güvenliği geliştirmek için rehberlik öğretmenleri akran eğitimi uygulamaktadır.
● Teknolojiyi olumlu kullanan öğrenciler ödüllendirilecektir.
● Çevirimiçi güvenlik politikası tüm çalışanlarımıza resmi olarak duyurulacaktır.
● 11 Şubat Güvenli İnternet Günü okulumuzda kutlanmaktadır. Bu güne yönelik okul koridorları ve sınıflarda pano çalışmalarımız ve sosyal medya paylaşımlarımız olacaktır.
E-ÇEVRİMİÇİ OLAYLAR VE KORUMA:
● Okulumuzun tüm üyeleri çevirimiçi riskler konusunda bilgilendirilecektir. Eğitimler yapılıp içerikler açıklanacaktır.
● Okulumuzda yasa dışı içerik, güvenlik ihlali, siber zorbalık, cinsel içerikli mesajlaşma, çocuk istismarı, kişisel bilgi güvenliği gibi konularda bilgilendirme çalışmaları yapılmaktadır.
● 11 Şubat Güvenli İnternet Günü kutlanmaktadır.
● Okulumuzda internet, bilgi teknolojileri ve ekipmanlarının yanlış kullanımı ile ilgili tüm şikayetler okul müdürüne bildirilecektir.
● Okulumuzun tüm üyeleri gizlilik ve güvenlik endişelerini ortadan kaldırmak için resmi okul kurallarına uygun şekilde davranmaları hususunda bilgilendirilir.
● Yaşanan olumsuzluklarda okul gerekli işlemleri yapmakla sorumludur.
● Sorunların çözümünde çalışanlar (öğretmen, idareci, personel vb), veliler ve öğrenciler okul ile birlikte hareket etmelidir.
