ÖZET
Tezin konusu, Zerdüştlerin kutsal kitabı Avesta’nın en eski ve en kutsal bölümü olan Gatalar’a göre Zerdüşt’ü tanımak ve anlamaktır. Konu, İranlı araştırmacıların ve Zerdüştîlerin Farsça kaynakları ile Zerdüştlük alanında büyük emekler harcayan batılı araştırmacıların Farsçaya tercüme edilmiş eserleri merkeze alınarak din fenomenolojisi ilkeleriyle işlenmiştir. Çalışma, özellikle, 1960 sonrasında başlayan, geleneksel ilahiyat ve yorumlardan bağımsız ele alınan Gatik okumaların ışığında hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada amaç, Gatalar’ı yeni Avesta ilahiyatı ve geleneksel Mecusi edebiyatından bağımsız okumak suretiyle Zerdüşt’ü tanıma ve anlamaya dönük özgün bir tez ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmayla; Zerdüşt’ün tüm dinlerin adı olan İslam’ın kendi dönemindeki peygamberi olduğu, Gatalar’ın ise doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak vahiy kaynaklı bir ilahi koleksiyon olduğu, ancak Genç Avesta ve etrafında oluşturulan Mecusi ilahiyatının beşerin dahli sonucu değişip dönüştüğü sonucuna varılmıştır.
ABSTRACT
The thesis tries to know and understand Zoroaster according to the Gathas, the oldest and holiest section of the Zoroastrians sacred book Avesta. The issue is being held under the religious phenomenology principles by taking the Persian resources of Zoroastrians and Persian researchers’ beside the western researchers’ works translated into the Persian language. This work has been prepared under the illumination of Gathic reads which are initiated after, 1960 and are being held independent of the traditional theology and its interpretations. This work aims to propose a genuine thesis to know and understand the Zoroaster through reading of the Gathas by eliminating the effects of the Avesta theology and the traditional Zoroastrians theology. This work results that: The Zoroaster is the prophet of the Islam of his age, Gathas are both direct and indirect celestial instructions, but it has been altered by humanitarian interactions of young Avesta and the Zoroastrians theology constructed around him.
