29 April 1971, was born in Nicosia. The largest child of the family. First, middle and high school in Nicosia completed. In 1993, Gazi University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports School of Education faculty has completed with the championship.
America's Roosevelt University in Chicago shortly after graduation in the city have contributed to studies on sport sciences. In 1995, Gazi University Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Sports Management has completed a master's degree. In 2001 she graduated from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty, Department of Public Relations. In 2003, the Near East University in Educational Administration, Supervision, completed his PhD at the Department of Economics and Planning.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Nazim Serkan Burgul since 1995, is located in the Near East University Family. In addition, the various federations (Football, University Sports Federation, Handball, Volleyball, Basketball) was a member of the board of directors.
Both the university, as well as National Education, Youth and Sports Ministry to many projects (Eurofit, Physical Education, Health and Fitness Program, Total Quality Management in Education) and chaired put additives. Civil society organizations and local governments has given many seminars on sports training and quality of life. Related topics have been involved as an invited speaker at many national and international conferences. Has published five books on sports training and management.
